Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于愈创木酚治疗大豆立枯病的组合物及施用方法,将愈创木酚应用于农业领域,与麦草畏按一定比例制成组合物,用于治疗大豆立枯病,开发了愈创木酚新用途,能有效治疗大豆立枯病,提高作物的抗病能力,并且其与现有其他农药单剂比较,防治效果更好,生产成本较低,值得推广。

一种基于愈创木酚治疗大豆立枯病的组合物及施用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及农药领域,尤其涉及愈创木酚混剂在防治大豆立枯病的应用和施用方法。
背景技术
愈创木酚是一种白色或微黄色结晶或无色至淡黄色透明油状液体,有特殊芳香气味,学名邻羟基茴香醚、甘油醚、愈创木酚甘油醚、邻羟基甘油醚等,自然界中存在于愈创木树脂、松油和硬木干馏油中,是一种重要的精细化工中间体,广泛应用于医药、香料及染料的合成,现有生产生活中鲜有将其用于其他领域的文献和技术。
发明内容
本发明开发了愈创木酚在农业领域,尤其是在防治大豆立枯病方面的应用,并且提供了其施用方法,填补了愈创木酚在该领域用途的空白,本发明将愈创木酚与麦草畏制成组合物,期成分包括愈创木酚与麦草畏,所述愈创木酚与麦草畏的质量比为1/10-10。
较佳的,所述愈创木酚与麦草畏比例为1-3。
较佳的,其中愈创木酚含量为20%,麦草畏含量为10%。
较佳的,还包括分散剂、粘着剂、渗透剂、乳化剂、防冻剂、防腐剂中的一种或多种。
较佳的,所述麦草畏和愈创木酚混配加工成悬浮剂、水剂、可溶性液剂中的一种。
较佳的,所述悬浮剂中包括海藻酸钠0.1%-25%、阴离子表面活性剂;所述阴离子表面活性剂包括木质素磺酸盐0.1%-25%。
较佳的,基于愈创木酚治疗大豆立枯病的组合物的施用方法;包括以下步骤:
S1.将所述麦草畏和愈创木酚混配加工成悬浮剂、水剂、可溶性液剂中的一种;
S2.施药,取步骤S1所配置的愈创木酚药液对大豆进行喷雾施药。
较佳的,所述步骤S2中喷药量为300~400L/ hm2,喷雾压力为0.3~0.8kPa,施药次数为1~3次。
愈创木酚药液作用机理:
(1)抑制RNA反转录酶RTASE的活性,阻止病毒粒子合成;
(2)阻止病毒粒子在细胞上的吸附,减少病毒浸染几率;
(3)增强植物体内的抗氧化能力,减少病毒浸染对植物的伤害;
(4)提高植物的抗病能力。
本发明开发了愈创木酚在农业领域尤其对于大豆立枯病的防治作用,可制成常用农药剂型,与麦草畏按比例混搭,达到比单剂更好的防治效果,同时添加壳聚糖和其他助剂使愈创木酚药液粘度增加,能更好的附着于作物表面,利于药物吸收,同时,壳聚糖也有一定的辅助抑菌,杀虫的作用,且成本适中,值得推广。
具体实施方式
实施例一
将愈创木酚与麦草畏制成治疗大豆立枯病的组合物,其成分包括愈创木酚与麦草畏,所述愈创木酚与麦草畏的质量比为1/10-10。
更为具体的,所述愈创木酚与麦草畏质量比为1-3。
更为具体的,其中愈创木酚含量为20%,麦草畏含量为10%。
更为具体的,还包括分散剂、粘着剂、渗透剂、乳化剂、防冻剂、防腐剂中的一种或多种。
更为具体的,所述麦草畏和愈创木酚混配加工成悬浮剂、水剂、可溶性液剂中的一种。

实施例二
采用平皿法测定愈创木酚、麦草畏单剂,以及两种单剂按1∶10、1∶5、1:3、1:2、1∶1、2∶1、3∶1、5∶1、10∶1的比例组成的9种混剂样品对大豆立枯病致病菌菌丝生长的抑菌活力,记录并比较各药剂浓度抑制大豆立枯病致病菌菌丝生长的抑菌率。
试验结果表明,麦草畏对大豆立枯病致病菌的菌丝生长具有较好的抑菌活性,而愈创木酚对大豆立枯病致病菌的抑菌活性较低。麦草畏对大豆立枯病致病菌的抑菌活性显著高于愈创木酚的抑菌活性。
用机率值分析法,计算麦草畏、愈创木酚及其混剂抑制大豆立枯病致病菌菌丝生长的毒力回归式。计算结果表明,麦草畏对大豆立枯病致病菌的菌丝生长有较好的抑制活性,愈创木酚对大豆立枯病致病菌菌丝生长的抑制活性显著低于麦草畏。
用各混剂的EC50值按孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数,结果表明,当麦草畏与愈创木酚以1∶10、1∶5混配时,其混剂的CTC值小于80,说明其混剂麦草畏与愈创木酚按1∶10混配对大豆立枯病致病菌的抑菌活性表现为拮抗作用;当麦草畏与愈创木酚以1:3、1:2、1∶1混配时,其混剂的CTC值均大于120,且以1:2为最高,说明麦草畏与愈创木酚按这些比例混配对大豆立枯病致病菌的抑菌活性表现为增效作用;当麦草畏与愈创木酚以10∶1混配时,其混剂的CTC值大于80且小于120,说明麦草畏与愈创木酚按10∶1、2∶1、3:1、5:1比例混配对大豆立枯病致病菌的抑菌活性表现为相加作用,因此,配置愈创木酚·麦草畏治疗大豆立枯病的组合物麦草畏与愈创木酚两者比例在1:3、1:2、1∶1之中选取,杀菌活性较高,其中以1:2为最佳配比。

1.一种基于愈创木酚治疗大豆立枯病的组合物,其特征在于:包括愈创木酚与麦草畏,所述愈创木酚与麦草畏的质量比为1/10-10。
2.如权利要求1所述的基于愈创木酚治疗大豆立枯病的组合物,其特征在于:所述愈创木酚与麦草畏比例为1-3。
3.如权利要求2所述的基于愈创木酚治疗大豆立枯病的组合物,其特征在于:其中愈创木酚含量为20%,麦草畏含量为10%。
4.如权利要求3所述的基于愈创木酚治疗大豆立枯病的组合物,其特征在于:还包括分散剂、粘着剂、渗透剂、乳化剂、防冻剂、防腐剂中的一种或多种。
5.如权利要求4所述的基于愈创木酚治疗大豆立枯病的组合物,其特征在于:所述麦草畏和愈创木酚混配加工成悬浮剂、水剂、可溶性液剂中的一种。
6.如权利要求5所述的基于愈创木酚治疗大豆立枯病的组合物,其特征在于:所述悬浮剂中包括海藻酸钠0.1%-25%、阴离子表面活性剂;所述阴离子表面活性剂包括木质素磺酸盐0.1%-25%。
7.一种如权利要求6所述的基于愈创木酚治疗大豆立枯病的组合物的施用方法;包括以下步骤:
S1.将所述麦草畏和愈创木酚混配加工成悬浮剂、水剂、可溶性液剂中的一种;
S2.施药,取步骤S1所配置的愈创木酚药液对大豆进行喷雾施药。
8.一种如权利要求7所述的基于愈创木酚治疗大豆立枯病的组合物的施用方法;所述步骤S2中喷雾压力为0.3~0.8kPa,施药次数为1~3次。
