Claims (16)
- LV 11030 Izgudrojuma formula 1. Paņēmiens (2S,3S,5R) savienojuma ar formulu (I) iegūšanai F(I) vai tā iegūšanai (+-)- (2R*,3R*,5S*) optiski aktīvu vielu racēmiska maisījuma, vai arī sāls veidā, kur X ir ūdeņraža atoms, alkilgrupa, kas satur no 1 līdz 6 oglekļa atomiem, cikloalkilgrupa, kas satur no 3 līdz 6 oglekļa atomiem, vai grupa -Ο^-Χ1, kur X1 ir cikloalkilgrupa, kas satur no 3 līdz 6 oglekļa atomiem, pie kam šis paņēmiens ietver a) spirta (II) ar atbilstošu hirālo grupu, kur X ir tāds pat kā formulā (I) norādītais, reakciju ar ketonu (III)kur L ir atoms vai grupa, kuru atšķeļ; vai b) kad X ir citāds nekā ūdeņradis, attiecīga savienojuma ar formulu (I), kurā X ir ūdeņraža atoms, reakciju ar reaģentu (IV) (IV) X2-U -2- kur X2 ir grupa X, kura norādīta formulā (I), bet ir citāda nekā ūdeņraža atoms un L1 ir atoms vai grupa, kuru reakcijā atšķeļ vai c) (2S,3S,5R) savienojumu iegūšanu, sadalot atbilstošu (+-)-(2R*, 3R*, 5S*) optiski aktīvo vielu racēmisko maisījumu; kā arī, ja tas nepieciešams, tam sekojošu gala produkta pārvēršanu brīvas bāzes vai sāls stāvoklī.
- 2. Paņēmiens atbilstoši 1. punktam, kur X ir ūdeņraža atoms vai alkilgrupa, kas satur no 1 līdz 6 oglekļa atomiem.
- 3. Paņēmiens atbilstoši 1. punktam (2S, 3S, 5R) savienojuma ar formulu (la) iegūšanaivai ta iegūšanai (+-)-(2R*,3R*,5S*) optiski aktīvu vielu racēmiska maisījuma, vai ari sāls veidā.
- 4. Paņēmiens atbilstoši jebkuram no l.a), 2. un 3. punktam, kurs ietver (R) spirta (II) reakciju ar ketonu (III).
- 5. Paņēmiens atbilstoši jebkuram no l.a) un 2. līdz 4. punktam, kur L ir halogēns.
- 6. Paņēmiens atbilstoši 5. punktam, kur L ir broma savienojums.
- 7. Paņēmiens atbilstoši l.a) punktam, kurā paredzēta (2S,3S,5R)-2-(3,5-difluorfenil)-3,5-dimetil-2-morfolinolgrupas savienojuma vai ari sāls iegūšana, ietver R-(-)-2-amino-l-propanolgrupas reakciju ar 2-bromo-3',5'-difluorpropiofenongrupu. LV 11030 -> - j -
- 8. Paņēmiens atbilstoši l.b) un 2. punktam, kur (2S,33,5R) savienojums pēc formulas (I) ietver reakciju (IV).
- 9. Paņēmiens atbilstoši jebkuram no l.b), 2. un 8. punktiem, kur L’ ir halogēns.
- 10. Paņēmiens atbilstoši 9. punktam, kur L' ir joda savienojums.
- 11. Paņēmiens atbilstoši l.b) punktam, kurā paredzēta (25,33,5R)-2-(3,5 difluorfenil)-3,4,5-trimetil-2-morfolinolgrupas savienojuma iegūšana, arī sāls veidā, ietver (23,33,5R)-2-(3,5-difenorfenil)-3,5-dimetil-2-morfolinolgrupas reakciju ar metiljodīdu.
- 12. Paņēmiens atbilstoši l.b) punktam, kurā paredzēta (2$,35,5R)-2-(3.5- difluorfenil)-4-etil-3,5-dimetil-2-morfolinolgrupas savienojuma vai arī sāls iegūšana, ietver (23,3S,5R)-2-(3,5-difluorfenil)-3,5-dimetil-2-morfolinolgrupas reakciju ar etiljodīdu.
- 13. Paņēmiens atbilstoši l.c) punktam, kurā paredzēta 2$,33,5R)-2-(3,5- difluorfenil)-3,5-dimetil-2-morfolinolgrupas savienojuma vai ari sāls iegūšana, ietver (+-)-(2R*,3R*,53*)-2-(3,5-difluorfenil)-3,5-dimetil-2-morfolinolgrupas nojaukšanu.
- 14. Paņēmiens atbilstoši jebkuram no 1. līdz 13. punktam, kur produkts ir nodalīts tāpat kā sāls veidā iegūtais.
- 15. Paņēmiens atbilstoši jebkuram un 1. līdz 13. punktam, kur produkts ir nodalīts tāpat kā sāls veida farmaceitisks preparāts.
- 16. (23,33,5R) savienojums pēc formulas (I) atbilstoši 1. punktam vai tā iegūšanai (+-)-(2R*,3R*,55*) optiski aktīvu vielu racēmiska maisījuma vai arī sāls veidā, kad pielietots paņēmiens atbilstoši jebkuram no 1. līdz 15. punktam.
