Abstract
펌프(19)의 공급 압력의 전기 제어가 브레이크 슬립 제어, 트랙션 슬립 제어 그리고 또다른 구동 안정성 제어 작동에 사용된 유압 브레이크 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 펌프(19)의 운반 압력은 전자적으로 조절된다. 작용의 의미는, 예를 들면 펌프(19)의 모터 전류의 제어 또는 감소, 펌프(19)의 흡입 밸브(20)의 전자석적인 폐쇄, 또는 브레이크 라인(4)의 분리 밸브의 순간적인 변환을 포함한다.

Claims (10)
- 공급 저장소(2)에 연결된 페달 작동식 마스터 실린더(1)와, 브레이크 라인(4,6)을 경유하여 상기 마스터 실린더(1)에 연결되며 복귀 라인(12,16)을 경유하여 저압 어큐뮬레이터(17)에 연결 가능한 휠 브레이크(8)와, 상기 브레이크 라인(6)에 설치된 입구 밸브(10) 및 상기 복귀 라인(12)에 설치된 출구 밸브(14)와, 전기 모터(22)에 의하여 구동되며 제1흡입 라인(l8)을 경유하여 상기 저압어큐뮬레이터(17)에 그리고 제2흡입 라인(23)을 경유하여 상기 마스터 실린더(1)와 상기 입구 밸브(10) 사이의 브레이크 라인(4)에 연결되며, 압력 라인(25)에 의하여 상기 제2흡입 라인(23)의 연결부분과 마스터 실린더(1) 사이의 브레이크 라인(4)에 연결된 펌프(19)와, 상기 제2흡입 라인(23)의 연결부분과 상기 입력 라인(25) 사이의 상기 브레이크 라인(4)에 설치된 분리 밸브(5)와, 상기 제2흡입 라인(23)의 변경 밸브(24)와, 그리고 전자 제어 유니트(31)를 포함하는 유압 브레이크 시스템에 있어서, 상기 펌프(19)의 공급 아력이 소정의 값을 채택하도록 전자적인 작동에 의하여 제어 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펌프(19)의 모터 전류는 제어 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분리 밸브(37)는 가변적인 상이한 압력으로 조절 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 상기 펌프(19)의 흡입 밸브(20)는 전기적으로 폐쇄되기에 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크 시스템.
- 선행항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압력 센서(32)가 상기 마스터 실린더(1)와 상기 분리 밸브(5) 사이 상기 브레이크 라인(4)에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크 시스템.
- 신행항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모터 전류를 측정하기 위한 수단이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크 시스템.
- 선행항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마스터 실린더 압력과 상기 펌프(19)의 순간적인 공급 압력이 매개 변수로 간주되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크 시스템의 펌프(19)의 공급 압력 제어 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 마스터 실린더 압력은 압력 센서(32)에 의하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급 압력 제어 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 펌프(19)의 순간적인 공급 압력은 순간적인 모터 전류를 측정하여 이것을 상기 전자 제어 유니트(31)의 기억된 매개 변수와 비교하므로써 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급 압력 제어 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 분리 밸브(5)는 작동식이며 및/또는 모터 전류는 제어되며 및/또는 상기 펌프(19)의 상기 흡입 밸브(2O)는 순간적인 공급 압력과 비교한 소정의 공급 압력에 따라 전기적으로 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급 압력 제어 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
