Abstract

본 발명은 방전시에 발생하는 내부단락을 방지하고, 방전특성이 우수한 알칼리 전지를 제공한다. 이는 비스무트, 알루미늄, 및 칼슘으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류를 함유하는 아연합금, 및 규소를 함유하는 음극을 구비하는 알칼리전지이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에서의 단3형 알칼리전지 LR6의 일부를 단면으로 한 정면도이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 양근 혼합물; 수은이 없는 아연 합금 분말 및 겔화제를 포함하는 겔화 아연 음극; 음극 전류 집전기; 및 알칼리 전해물질을 포함하며, 상기 아연합 분말이 비스무트, 알루미늄 및 칼슘으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 일종을 함유하며, 겔화 음극이 규소를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리전지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아연 합금 분말이 인듐을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리전지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극중 규소원소의 함유량이, 25∼1500중량 ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리전지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극이 규소 함유 유기화합물로서 규소원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리전지.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극시 규소이온으로서 규소 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리전지.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규소원소가, 상기 아연합금 중에 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리전지.
  7. 양극 혼합물; 수은이 없는 아연 합금 분말 및 겔화제를 포함하는 겔화 아연 음극; 음극 전류 집전기; 및 알칼리 전해물질을 포함하며, 상기 아연합금 분말이 0.01∼0.5중량%의 비스무트, 0∼0.5중량%의 알루미늄 및 0.005∼0.5중량%의 칼슘으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 일종을 함유하며, 겔화 음극이 규소를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리전지.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 아연 합금 분말이 0.01∼0.5중량%의 인듐을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리전지.
