광학적 기록방법에 관한 것으로써, 홈부와 홈이부의 양측에 기록을 실행했을때에도 트랙오프셋을 실용상 충분히 낮게 억제함과 동시에 어드레스정보를 효율적으로 배치하는 것을 가능하게 하기 위해, 기판 상에 홈부와 홈부사이부를 갖고, 홈부와 홈사이부의 양측에 정보기록영역을 갖는 광기록매체에 있어서, 홈부와 홈사이부의 경계부의 가상연장선상에 프리피트를 배치하고, 프리피트는 홈부 중심선의 가상연장선상에 대해서 좌우의 양측에 위치하고, 또한 프리피트는 홈사이부 중심선의 가상연장선상에 대해서 좌우의 양측에 위치하고, 또한 홈부의 동일 장소의 양측에는 동시에 프리피트가 존재하지 않으며, 또한 홈사이부의 동일장소의 양측에는 동시에 프리피트가 존재하지 않도록 배치되어 있다.
상기에 의해, 홈부와 홈사이부의 양측에 기록을 실행했을때에도 트랙오프셋을 실용상 충분히 낮게 억제함과 동시에 어드레스정보를 효율적으로 배치하는 것이 가능하게 된다.

Claims (14)

  1. 원판형상의 기판상에 대략 동심원형상의 홈부(84)와 홈사이부(85)를 교대로 갖고, 상기 홈부(84)와 홈사이부(85)의 양측을 기록트랙으로 하는 광기록매체로써, 상기 기록트랙은 원주방향으로 기록단위로 분할되고, 각 기록단위는 상기 홈부(84)가 존재하지 않는 평탄한 어드레스영역(83)을 갖고, 상기 어드레스영역(83)에 있어서의 하나의 트랙의 중심선의 양측에 교대로 제1의 어드레스정보(831)과 제2의 어드레스정보(832)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 제1 및 제2의 어드레스정보는 하나의 트랙의 중심선의 동일 장소의 양측에는 존재하지 않도록 배치되어 있는 광디스크기록매체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 어드레스정보가 상기 기판에 형성된 오목볼록형상 프리피트(82)로 형성되어 있는 광디스크기록매체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 어드레스영역은 여러개의 기록트랙에 걸쳐서 광디스크기록매체의 반경방향으로 연장하는 있는 광디스크기록매체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 홈부(84)의 홈깊이가 프리피트(82)의 깊이와 동일하며, 또한 그 깊이가 70nm 이하인 광디스크기록매체.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 홈부(84)의 홈깊이가 프리피트(82)의 깊이와 동일하며, 또한 그 깊이가 40nm 이상, 60nm 이하인 광디스크기록매체.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 홈부(84)와 홈사이부(85)의 폭이 대략 동일한 것으로써, 0.3㎛ 이상, 0.75㎛ 이하인 광디스크기록매체.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 프리피트(82)중 최소인 것의 직경이 상기 홈부(84) 및 홈사이부(85)의 폭보다 작은 광디스크기록매체.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 프리피트(82)중 최소인 것의 직경이 상기 홈부(84) 및 홈사이부(85)의 폭보다 작고 0.25∼0.55㎛의 범위에 있는 광디스크기록매체.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 어드레스정보(82)가 상기 기록트랙상에 기록되는 정보기록마크의 우수배의 주기에서 홈부(84)의 중심선의 연장선상에 대해서 좌우 교대로 배치되어 있는 광디스크기록매체.
  10. 기판상에 홈부(84)와 홈사이부(85)를 갖고, 상기 홈부(84)와 홈사이부(85)의 양측에 정보기록영역을 갖고, 상기 정보기록영역에 이산적으로 홈부가 없어 평탄한 어드레스영역을 형성하고, 상기 어드레스영역에는 홈부(84)와 홈사이부(85)의 경계선의 연장선상에 제1 및 제2의 어드레스피트(82,831,832)를 배치하고, 상기 제1 및 제2의 어드레스피트(82)는 하나의 홈부의 중심선의 연장선의 좌우에 교대로 배치되고, 또한 상기 제1및 제2의 어드레스피트는 하나의 홈사이부의 중심선의 연장선의 좌우에 교대로 배치되고, 또한 홈부의 중심선의 연장선의 동일 장소의 양측에는 동시에 어드레스피트가 존재하지 않으며, 또한 홈사이부의 중심선의 연장선의 동일 장소의 양측에는 동시에 어드레스피트가 존재하지 않도록 배치되어 있는 광기록매체(8)을 사용하고, 상기 광기록매체에 광스폿을 조사하고 상기 광기록매체(8)로부터의 반시광을 검출하고, 상기 검출한 반사광에서 상기 어드레스피트(82)를 검출해서 어드레스피트재생신호를 형성하여 상기 어드레스피트재생신호를 기본으로 어드레스를 검출하고, 상기 어드레스피트재생신호중 제1의 어드레스피트에서 얻을 수 있는 제1의 재생신호의 진폭을 샘플홀드하고, 상기 어드레스피트재생신호중 제2의 어드레스피트에서 얻을 수 있는 제2의 재생신호의 진폭을 샘플홀드하고, 상기 제1 및 제2의 재생신호의 진폭을 비교하고, 상기 비교결과에 따라서 오프셋신호를 형성하고, 상기 오프셋신호에 따라서 상기 광스폿의 조사위치를 제어하는 광기록방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 광기록매체로부터의 반사광을 검출할 때, 상기 홈부에 의해서 회절된 광을 여러개의 광검출기에 의해서 검출하고, 상기 여러개의 광검출기에 의해서 검출한 회절광을 비교하는 것에 의해서 상기 홈부와 상기 광스폿의 상대적 위치관계를 검출해서 트랙킹서보신호를 형성하고, 상기 트랙킹서보신호를 상기 오프셋신호를 보정하고 상기 보정된 상기 트랙킹서보신호에 따라서 상기 광스폿의 조사위치를 제어하는 광기록방법.
  12. 기판상에 홈부(84)와 홈사이부(85)를 갖고, 상기 홈부(84)와 홈사이부(85)의 양측에 정보기록영역을 갖고, 홈부(84)와 홈사이부(85)의 경계부의 가상연장선상에 프리피트(82)를 배치하고, 상기 프리피트(82)는 홈부의 중심선의 가상연장선상에 대해서 좌우의 양측에 위치하고, 또한 상기 프리피트는 홈사이부의 중심선의 가상연장선상에 대해서 좌우의 양측에 위치하고, 또한 홈부의 중심선의 동일 장소의 양측에는 동시에 프리피트가 존재하지 않으며, 또한 홈사이부의 중심선의 동일 장소의 양측에는 동시에 프리피트가 존재하지 않도록 배치되어 있는 광기록매체(8)을 사용하는 광기록재생장치에 있어서, 광원(311), 상기 광원(311)에서 발생된 광을 상기 광기록매체(8)에 광스폿(21)로 집광조사하는 광학계(312,324,321), 상기 광기록매체(8)로부터의 반사광을 검출하는 광검출기(333,334), 상기 광검출기(333,334)로부터의 신호를 사용해서 정보를 재생하는 재생수단(944,941), 상기 광학계에 의해서 조사된 광스폿(21)의 위치를 상기 광기록매체(8)상의 임의의 위치로 이동시키는 위치제어회로(6), 상기 광검출기에서 얻을 수 있는 상기 프리피트(82)로부터의 재생신호를 기본으로 어드레스를 검출하는 어드레스복조회로(431), 상기 프리피트(82)로부터의 재생신호의 진폭을 검출하는 수단(941), 상기 진폭을 기억하는 수단(41) 및 상기 진폭을 비교하는 비교수단(42)를 갖고 상기 비교수단(42)의 출력에 따라서 상기 주사수단(6)을 제어해서 광스폿(21)의 위치를 제어하는 광기록재생장치.
  13. 기판상에 홈부와 홈사이부를 갖고, 상기 홈부와 홈사이부의 양측에 정보기록영역을 갖는 광기록매체에 있어서, 홈부와 홈사이부의 경계부의 가상연장선상에 프리피트를 배치하고, 상기 프리피트는 홈부중심선의 가상연장선상에 대해서 좌우의 양측에 위치하고, 또한 상기 프리피트는 홈사이부의 중심선의 가상연장선상에 대해서 좌우의 양측에 위치하고, 또한 홈부의 동일 장소의 양측에는 동시에 프리피트가 존재하지 않으며, 또한 홈사이부의 동일 장소의 양측에는 동시에 프리피트가 존재하지 않도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체을 사용하고, 광발생수단, 상기 광발생수단에서 발생된 광을 상기 광기록매체에 집광조사하는 광집광수단, 상기 집광수단에 의해서 조사된 광의 반사광을 검출하는 광검출수단, 상기 광검출수단으로부터의 신호를 사용해서 정보를 재생하는 재생수단 및 상기 집광수단에 의해서 조사된 광스폿의 위치를 상기 광기록매체상의 임의의 위치로 이동시키는 조사수단을 적어도 갖고 이루어지는 광기록재생장치에 있어서, 상기 프리피트로부터의 재생신호를 기본으로 어드레스를 검출하는 수단, 상기 프리피트로부터의 재생신호의 저주파영역 성분의 진폭을 검출하는 저역투과필터 및 상기 저역투과필터의 투과신호를 동기검출하는 수단을 적어도 갖고, 상기 검출신호를 기본으로 광스폿의 위치를 제어하는 광기록재생장치.
  14. 원판형상 기판상에 대략 동심원형상으로 홈부(84)와 홈사이부(85)를 갖고, 상기 홈부(84)와 홈사이부(85)의 양측에 정보기록영역을 갖고 광기록매체에 있어서, 상기 홈부(84)와 홈사이부(85)의 경계선의 가상연장선상에 프리피트(82)를 배치하고, 상기 프리피트(82)의 배치는 (ⅰ) 프리피트는 하나의 홈부(84)의 중심선의 연장선상에 대해서 좌우의 양측에 존재하고, (ⅱ) 프리피트는 하나의 홈사이부(85)의 중심선의 연장선상에 대해서 좌우의 양측에 존재하고, (ⅲ) 프리피트는 하나의 홈부(84)의 중심선의 연장선상의 동일 반경위치의 양측에는 존재하지 않으며, (ⅳ) 프리피트는 하나의 홈사이부(85)의 중심선의 연장선상의 동일 반경위치의 양측에 존재하지 않는다는 조건을 전부 만족시키는 광기록매체.
