Abstract

본 발명은 녹말 성분, 셀룰로오스 에스테르 또는 에테르, 녹말상 및 셀룰로오스 유도체상을 위한 가소제, 그리고 다음에서 선택된 상화제를 함유하는 생분해성의 열가소성 조성물에 관한 것이다: 지방족 또는 폴리히드록시화 사슬이 접합된, 셀룰로오스 및/또는 녹말 성분과 상화 가능한 중합체들; 2~24C의 히드록시산 및/또는 디아민과 지방족 또는 방향족 디이소시안산염으로부터 얻어지는 공중합체들; 지방족 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레아 및 폴리알킬렌 글리콜과 지방족 또는 방향족 디이소시안산염으로부터 얻어지는 공중합체들; 셀룰로우스 에스테르 또는 에테르 및/또는 녹말 성분과 상화가능한 중합체에서 녹말-용해성 폴리올을 접합시킴으로써 얻어지는 공중합체들; 녹말을 착물화할 수 있는 중합체; 녹말-상화성 폴리올들.

Claims (11)

  1. 녹말 또는 녹말 에스테르나 녹말 에테르, 셀룰로오스 에스테르 또는 셀룰로오스 에테르, 녹말상에 적합한 가소제, 셀룰로오스 에스테르상 또는 셀룰로오스 에테르상에 적합한 가소제, 또는 양쪽상 모두에 적합한 가소제, 그리고 녹말상 및 셀룰로오스 에스테르상 또는 에테르상을 위한 다음에서 선택된 상화제를 함유하는 생분해성의 열가소성 조성물: (A) 셀룰로오스 에스테르 또는 셀룰로오스 에테르 또는 녹말이나 녹말 에스테르 또는 녹말 에테르와 상화가능한 중합체 또는 공중합체(4개에서 40개 까지의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 지방족 사슬이나 폴리히드록시화 사슬이 접합되어 있는 것); (B) 2~24개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 히드록시산 또는 디아민과 지방족 또는 방향족 디이소시안산염으로부터 얻어지는 공중합체들이나 에폭시 화합물과 무수물로부터 얻어지는 공중합체들; 지방족 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드 또는 폴리우레아와 지방족 또는 방향족 디이소시안산염으로부터 얻어지는 공중합체들; 지방족 및 방향족 디이소시안산염과 폴리알킬렌 글리콜로부터 얻어지는 공중합체들; (C) 셀룰로오스 에스테르 또는 셀룰로오스 에테르 또는 녹말이나 녹말 에스테르 또는 녹말 에테르와 상화 가능한 중합체로부터, 녹말에 녹는 폴리올이나 녹말을 착물화(錯物化)할 수 있는 구조물을 접합시킴으로써, 얻어지는 공중합체들, (D) 녹말을 착물화할 수 있는 중합체들, (E) 단량체들과 분자량이 10,000 미만인 중합체에서 선택된 녹말-상화성 폴리올들.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 녹말 성분 대 셀룰로오스 유도체의 비는 중량비로 1:90에서 90:1까지의 범위내에 있고, 상화제는 녹말 성분 및 셀룰로오스 유도체의 총량을 기준으로 하여 1중량%에서 20중량%까지의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상화제는 상기의 (A)항목의 중합체들이나 공중합체들에서 선택되며, 접합도는 중합체 사슬상의 100단량체 단위당 접합 지방족 사슬 0.1개에서 30개까지의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상화제에 존재하는 접합 사슬은 동물성 지방 또는 식물성 지방에서 유도되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 접합사슬은 올레산, 라우르산, 미리스트산, 팔미트산, 스테아르산, 에루크산, 리놀레산 또는 리시놀레산으로부터 유도되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상화제는 폴리카프로락톤과 지방족 또는 방향족 디이소시안산염으로부터 얻어지는 블록 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 공중합체는 디이소시안산 4,4´-디페닐메탄, 디이소시안산 톨루이덴 그리고 디이소시안산 헥사메틸렌에서 선택된 디이소시안산염과 폴리카프로락톤으로부터 얻어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (C) 항목의 상화제는 폴리비닐 알코올, 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체들, 글리세롤, 폴리글리세롤, 당류들, 트리메틸올 프로판, 펜타에트리톨에서 선택된 폴리올을 접합시킴으로써 얻어지는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 에스테르는 치환도가 1.2에서 2.5까지인 아세트산 셀룰로오스인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가소제는 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 5중량%에서 40중량%까지의 범위내의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 녹말상 및 셀룰로오스 에스테르상 또는 셀룰로오스 에테르상을 위한 가소제는 디아세틴인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
