Abstract
올레핀 생성 촉매 시스템을 사용 전 또는 후에 방향족 화합물과 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는, 올레핀 생성 촉매 시스템을 안정화시키고/거나 재활성화시키는 방법이 제공된다.

Claims (22)
- 볼포화 화합물의 존재하에 크롬 공급원, 피롤-함유 화합물 및 금속 알킬을 반응시킴으로써 생성된 촉매로 구성되는 올레핀 생성 촉매 시스템을 안정화시키는 방법으로서, 촉매 시스템 열적 안정성 또는 활성을 증가시키기 충분한 조건하에서 상기 촉매 시스템과 방향족 화합물을 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 화합물이 액체 형태로 촉매 시스템에 첨가되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 시스템 내에 존재하는 총 용매의 약 15중량% 이하의 양으로 방향족 화합물이 촉매 시스템에 첨가되는 방법.
- 제1-3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방향족 화합물이 촉매를 제조하기 위해 사용된 불포화 화합물과 같은 방법.
- 제1-4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매를 제조하기 위한 불포화 화합물 및/또는 촉매 시스템을 안정화시키기 위한 방향족 화합물이 톨루엔인 방법.
- 제1-4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 크롬 공급원은 크롬(Ⅱ)-함유 화합물, 크롬(Ⅲ)-함유 화합물, 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 크롬 공급원은 크롬(Ⅲ) 카르복실레이트,나프테네이트, 할라이드, 피롤리드, 디오네이트 또는 상기의 둘 이상의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 크롬 공급원은 크롬(Ⅲ) 2,2,6,6-테트라메틸헵탄디오네이트[Cr(TMHD)3], 크롬(Ⅲ)2-에틸헥사노에이트[Cr(EH)3, 또는 크롬(Ⅲ) 트리스(2-에틸헥사노에이트)], 크롬(Ⅲ) 나프테네이트[Cr(Np)3], 크롬(Ⅲ) 클로라이드, 브롬화 제이 크롬, 불화 제이 크롬, 크롬(Ⅲ) 아세틸아세토네이트, 크롬(Ⅲ) 아세테이트, 크롬(Ⅲ) 부티레이트, 크롬(Ⅲ) 네오펜타노이트, 크롬(Ⅲ) 라우레이트, 크롬(Ⅲ) 스테아레이트, 크롬(Ⅲ) 피롤리드 및/또는 크롬(Ⅲ) 옥살레이트인 방법.
- 제1-4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 알킬은 비-가수분해된 금속 알킬이고, 알킬 알루미늄 화합물, 알킬 붕소 화합물, 알킬 마그네슘 화합물, 알킬 아연 화합물, 알킬 리튬 화합물, 또는 상기의 둘 이상의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 비-가수분해된 금속 알킬이 알킬 알루미늄 화합물인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 알루미늄 화합물이 트리에틸 알루미늄인 방법.
- 제1-4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피롬-함유 화합물이 피롤, 피롤의 유도체, 알칼리 금속 피롤리드, 알칼리 금속 피롤리드의 염, 또는 상기의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 피롤-함유 화합물이 수소 피롤리드, 2.5-디메틸피롤, 또는 상기의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1-4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 시스템이 할라이드 공급원을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1-4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 생성된 촉매 시스템과 하나 이상의 올레핀을 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 올레핀 생성 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀이 분자당 약 2-약 30개 탄소 원자를 갖는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀이 에틸렌인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 올레핀과 상기 촉매 시스템의 상기 접촉이 약 0°-약 250℃의 온도 및 약 대기압 - 약 2500psig의 압력에서 실시되는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 에틸렌을 1-헥센으로 삼량체화하기 위해 실시되는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 촉매 시스템과 방향족 화합물의 접촉이 촉매 시스템과 올레핀의 접촉 전에 실시되는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 접촉 온도가 약 -50° -약 70℃인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 촉매 시스템과 방향족 화합물이 접촉이 약 0.01초-약 10분 동안, 그리고 올레핀과 촉매 시스템이 접촉되는 반응기 내로 촉매 시스템을 도입하기 전에 실시되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
