Claims (17)
1. Способ олигомеризации олефинов в присутствии каталитической системы олигомеризации, включающий контактирование каталитической системы с альфа-олефином, в котором каталитическая система для олигомеризации включает (а) пирролсодержащее соединение, (b) источник хрома, и (с) алкилметалл, и в котором каталитическую систему получают путем контактирования (а) и (b) с образованием смеси и контактированием смеси (а)/(b) с (с), либо контактированием (а) и (с) с образованием смеси и контактированием смеси (а)/(с) с (b).
2. Способ по п.1, в котором каталитическую систему для олигомеризации получают: контактированием алкилметалла и пирролсодержащего соединения с образованием смеси алкилметалл/пиррол; и контактированием смеси алкилметалл/пиррол с источником хрома с образованием каталитической системы.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором каталитическую систему для олигомеризации получают: контактированием источника хрома и пирролсодержащего соединения с образованием смеси хром/пиррол; и контактированием смеси хром/пиррол с алкилметаллом с образованием каталитической системы.
4. Способ по пп.1-3, в котором способ олигомеризации представляет собой способ тримеризации.
5. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором каталитическая система дополнительно содержит источник галогенида.
6. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором молекула олефина содержит 2-30 углеродных атомов.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором олефин представляет собой этилен.
8. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором растворитель представляет собой олефин, молекула которого содержит 2-30 углеродных атомов.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором растворитель представляет собой 1-гексен.
10. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором источник хрома представляет собой хром (II)-содержащее соединение, хром (III)-содержащее соединение или смесь любых двух или более из указанных источников хрома.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором источник хрома представляет собой хром (III)-содержащее соединение, которое представляет собой карбоксилат хрома, нафтенат хрома, галогенид хрома, пирролид хрома, дионат хрома или смесь любых двух, или более, из указанных соединений, содержащих хром (III).
12. Способ по п.11, в котором источник хрома представляет собой 2,2,6,6-тетраметилгептандионат хрома (III), [Cr(TMHD)3], 2-этилгексаноат хрома (III) или трис(2-этилгексаноат)хрома (III) [Cr(ЕН)3], нафтанат хрома (III) [Cr(Np)3], хлорид хрома (III), бромид хрома (III), фторид хрома (III), ацетилацетонат хрома (III), ацетат хрома (III), бутират хрома (III), неопентаноат хрома (III), лаурат хрома (III), стеарат хрома (III), пирролид хрома (III), оксалат хрома (III) или смесь любых двух, или более, из указанных соединений, содержащих хром (III).
13. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором алкилметалл является негидролизованным алкилметаллом, который представляет собой алкилалюминий, алкилбор, алкилмагний, алкилцинк, алкиллитий или смесь любых двух, или более, из указанных алкилметаллов.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором негидролизованный алкилметалл представляет собой алкилалюминиевое соединение.
15. Способ по п.14, в котором соединение алкилметалла представляет собой триэтилалюминий.
16. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором пирролсодержащее соединение представляет собой пиррол, производное пиррола, пирролид щелочного металла, соль пирролида щелочного металла или смесь любых двух, или более, из указанных пирролсодержащих соединений.
17. Способ по п.16, в котором пирролсодержащее соединение представляет собой пирролид водорода, 2,5-диметилпиррол или их смесь.
