Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 열연 도금재에 가까운 싼 비용으로, 핫 스트립 밀로 압연 곤란한 얇은 물건 압연을 행하지 않고서, 사용자가 요망하는 다품종의 도금 강판을 즉각 생산할 수 있는 도금 설비 및 도금 설비의 운전 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명은 코일 권출기(50a,50b) 스트립 용접기(2), 산세 장치(5), 가열 및 환원로(12), 도금욕조(13), 코일 권취기(51)이 이 순서로 배치되어 있다. 산세 장치(5)와 가열 및 환원로(12) 사이에 하나 이상의 스탠드의 냉간 압연기를 배치한다. 도금 제품의 종류에 따라, 압연기(7)을 오픈(open)으로 하여 공(空) 패스시켜 그대로 상기 도금욕조(13)에서 도금 처리를 시행하는 제1공정과, 압연기(7)에서 냉간 압연을 행한 후에 상기 도금욕조(13)에서 도금 처리를 시행하는 제 2 공정을 선택적으로 행한다.

제 2 도는 제 1 도에 도시한 냉간 압연기 및 그 제어계를 도시한 도면.
Claims (6)
- 열연 코일 권출기, 스트립 용접기, 산세 장치, 가열 및 환원로, 도금욕조, 코일 권취기를 이 순서로 배치하여 구비하고, 열연 스트립 코일을 재료로 하여 판 표면에 도금을 행하는 도금 설비에 있어서, 상기 산세 장치와 상기 가열 및 환원로 사이에 하나 이상의 스탠드의 냉간 압연기를 배치하고, 상기 열연 스트립 코일을 1패스 압연할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 도금 설비.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉간 압연기는, 도금 제품의 종류에 따라 상기 열연 스트립 코일을 냉간 압연을 행하거나, 공 패스시키는 공정을 선택적으로 행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 도금 설비.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 스탠드의 냉간 압연기는 냉간 압연기를 복수개의 스탠드탠덤상으로 배치한 것이고, 이 복수 스탠드의 냉간 압연기를 선택적으로 사용하여 상기 열연 스트립 코일을 압연할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 도금 설비.
- 열연 코일 권출기, 스트립 용접기, 산세 장치, 가열 및 환원로, 도금욕조, 코일 권취기를 이 순서로 배치하여 구비하고, 열연 스트립 코일을 재료로 하여 판 표면에 도금을 행하는 도금 설비의 운전 방법에 있어서, 상기 산세 장치와 상기 가열 및 환원로 사이에 하나 이상의 스탠드의 냉간 압연기를 배치하고, 도금제품의 종류에 따라, 상기 냉간 압연기를 오픈(open)으로 하여 공(空) 패스시켜 그대로 상기 도금욕조에서 도금 처리를 시행하는 제 1 공정과, 상기 냉간 압연기에서 냉간 압연을 행한 후에 상기 도금 욕조에서 도금처리를 시행하는 제 2 공정을 선택적으로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금 설비의 운전 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 도금 제품의 판 두께가 두꺼운 것은 제 1 공정을 선택하여 도금 처리를 시행하고, 도금 제품의 판 두께가 얇은 것은 제 2 공정을 선택하여 도금 처리를 시행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금 설비의 운전 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 열연 스트립 코일에서의 재료의 판 두께는 동일하게 하고, 상기 제 1 공정 또는 제 2 공정의 선택과, 제 2 공정에 있어서 상기 냉간 압연기에서의 압하율을 변화시킴으로써 여러 종류의 판 두께를 갖는 도금 제품을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금 설비의 운전 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
