Abstract

Une chaîne technologique de production de feuillards comprend un haut-fourneau, des installations de fusion et de laminage d'acier interconnectés au moyen d'unités de transfert, des installations de traitement de semi-produits ainsi que des installations de préparation desdits semi-produits destinés à subir d'autres traitements. L'installation de traitement de semi-produits du haut-fourneau se compose d'une poche (2) destinée à la coulée de fonte brute dans un convertisseur (4) et dotée d'un moyen (3) de désulfuration de la fonte brute. Le convoyeur à rouleaux d'évacuation comprend deux branches (7, 8) dont une (7) se compose d'un convoyeur à rouleaux de chargement de fours de préchauffage (9), et l'autre (8) se compose d'un convoyeur à rouleaux des installations préliminaires d'un laminoir à chaud (12), et il est doté d'un four de préchauffage continu (10). Un dispositif (14) de débobinage des bobines d'une installation de décapage (17) est situé dans la zone de stockage (13) des bobines laminées à chaud, et ladite installation de décapage (17) est située coaxialement par rapport à un laminoir à froid (18). L'unité de transfert est montée au-dessus de la ligne technologique et elle se compose d'un accumulateur du type à boucles (16) monté sur un chariot (15) pouvant interagir avec un chevalet (19) à terre.
