Abstract
본 발명은 비교 위상 동안에 기준 신호와 입력 신호를 비교하는 제1 및 제2트랜지스터와 트랜지스터를 통한 정전류의 평형을 맞추는 회로를 포함하는 차동 비교기에 관한 것이다. 상기 회로는 제1트랜지스터의 소스에 접속되는 제1전류원과, 제2트랜지스터의 소스에 접속되는 제2전류원과, 두 트랜지스터의 소스들 사이에 접속되는 선택적으로 동작하는 임피던스 수단을 포함한다.
각 비교 위상에 앞서, 제1 및 제2트랜지스터를 통한 전류는 두 트랜지스터의 게이트에 동일한 전압을 인가하고 제1 및 제2트랜지스터의 소스 퍼텐셜을 교차 결합하여 제2 및 제1전류원을 제어함으로써 평형(즉, 거의 동일)을 이룬다.

Claims (2)
- 도전로의 단부를 형성하는 제1전극 및 제2전극과 제어 전극을 각각 구비하며 상기 제어 전극과 상기 제1전극 사이에 인가되는 전압이 도전로의 도전율을 제어하는 제1트래지스터 및 제2트랜지스터와, 각각 제어 전극을 갖고 상기 제1 및 제2트랜지스터의 도전로에 각각 전류를 공급하도록 배열된 제1전류원 제2전류원을 포함하며 상기 제1 및 제2트랜지스터에 전류를 공급하는 전류원 수단을 포함하는 비교기에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2전류원의 제어 전극들을 상기 제2 및 제2트랜지스터의 각 제1전극들에 교대로 결합 및 분리하는 수단과; 상기 제1 및 제2트랜지스터의 제1전극들 사이에 접속된 선택적으로 동작되는 임피던스 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비교기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선택적으로 동작되는 임피던스 수단은 상기 제1 및 제2트랜지스터의 제1전극들 사이에 접속되어 그 사이에 피드백을 공급하며 도전로를 갖는 IGFET를 포함하고; 상기 IGFET는 상기 제1 및 제2전류원의 제어 전극들이 상기 제2 및 제1트랜지스터의 제1전극들에 결합되는 경우에는 동작하지 않고, 제1 및 제2전류원의 제어 전극들이 상기 제2 및 제1트랜지스터의 제1전극들에 결합되지 않는 경우에 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비교기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
