Abstract
본 발명은 MOSFET 저항성 제어형 곱셈연산기에 관한 기술로 디지틀 시스템 구현에 유리한 기존의 VLSI 기술과 새로운 아날로그 집접회로로 높은 정밀도의 곱셈연산 기능을 함께 제공하여, 새로이 요구되는 종합적 적용분야에 존재하는 종래의 문제점을 해결하는 기술이다.

Claims (6)
- 곱셈연산기에 있어서, 대칭형 입력전압에 따라 전류 미러에 의해 MOSFET 오프셋 전압을 상쇄시켜 전체전류가 선형적으로 변화하게 하는 MOSFET 저항성 제어형 선형수단과, 상기 MOSFET 저항성 제어형 선형수단과 접지간에 접속되는 임피던스소자(Z)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 MOSFET 저항성 제어형 곱셈연산기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 MOSFET 저항성 제어형 선형수단은 공급전압원 Vx로부터 병렬접속되는 제1저항소자(10) 및 제1정전류원(30)과, 상기 제1저항소자(10)로부터 접속되며 자신의 게이트 단자에 게이트 전압 VG가 인가되는 MOSFET M1과, 상기 MOSFET M1 및 공급전압원 -Vx간에 접속되는 제2정전류원(40)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 MOSFET 저항성 제어형 곱셈연산기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 MOSFET 저항성 제어형 선형수단과 임피던스소자(Z)간에 접속되되 자신의 게이트 단자에 신경상태가 입력되어 신경망 고리로 동작되도록 하는 MOSFET M8를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 MOSFET 저항성 제어형 곱셈연산기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 MOSFET 저항성 제어형 선형수단의 대칭형 입력단자(VX,-VX)로 부터 각기 종속접속되며 그들의 각 게이트 단자가 서로 접속된채로 신경상태를 입력받아 신경고리로 동작되도록 하는 MOSFET M6 및 M7을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 MOSFET 저항성 제어형 곱셈연산기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1저항소자(10) 및 제2저항소자 각각은 자신의 게이트 및 드레인 단자가 서로 접속된 MOSFET M4 및 M5을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 MOSFET 저항성 제어형 곱셈연산기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2정전류원(30 및 40) 각각은 MOSFET M3 및 M2로 각기 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 MOSFET 저항성 제어형 곱셈연산기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
