Claims (13)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 5-아릴 이속사졸 유도체;
    식중, Ar은 1 내지 5개의 R2기로 치환된 페닐기, 또는 1 내지 4개의 R2기로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 피리딜기, R은 수소, -CO2R3, -COR4, 시아노, 할로겐 또는 임의로 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자로 치환된 탄소원자를 4개까지 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기, R1은 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자나 3 내지 6개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 시클로알킬기로 임의로 치환된 탄소원자를 6개까지 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기, 또는 임의로 하나 이상의 R4기나 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자로 치환된 3 내지 6개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 시클로알킬기, R2는 할로겐 원자, R4, 니트로, -CO2R3, -OR4, -S(O)mR4, -S(O)mR5, -O-(CH2)p-OR4, 또는 -OR4로 치환된 탄소를 6개까지 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬기, 같거나 다를 수 있는 R3및 R4는 각각, 임의로 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자로 치환된 탄소원자를 6개까지 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기, R5는 할로겐, 니트로, R4및 -OR4로부터 선택된 1 내지 5개의 기로 임의로 치환 페닐기, p는 1 내지 3의 정소, 및 m은 0, 1 또는 2를 나타낸다.
    단, (a) R이 수소이고 R1이 메틸이면 Ar은 4-플루오로페닐이 아니고, (b) R 및 R1이 모두 메틸이면 Ar은 2,3,4,5,6-펜타메틸페닐이 아니다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Ar이 1 내지 5개의 R2기로 치환된 페닐기이고, R2는 할로겐 원자, R4, 니트로, -CO2R3, -OR4, -S(O)mR4, -S(O)mR5, -O-(CH2)p-OR4, 또는 -OR4로 치환된 탄소를 6개까지 함유하는 직쇄나 측쇄알킬기인 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (a) R이 수소, -CO2R3또는 -COR4로부터 선택된 기, 및/또는 (b) Ar이 1내지 3개의 R2기로 치환된 페닐기인 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, Ar이 1내지 2개의 R2기로 치환된 페닐기 또는 S(O)mR5기로 치환된 피리딜기, R이 수소 또는 -CO2R3, R1이 시클로프로필, R2가 할로겐, R4, -S(O)mR5로부터 선택된 기인 화합물.
  5. 제1 내지 4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 4-시클로프로필카르보닐-5-(2-플루오로-4-메틸술포닐페닐)이속사졸, 4-시클로프로필카르보닐-5-(3,4-디클로로페닐)이속사졸, 4-시클로프로필카르보닐-5-[4-(메틸설페닐)페닐]이속사졸, 4-시클로프로필카르보닐-5-[3-클로로-4-(메틸설페닐)페닐]이속사졸, 4-시클로프로필카르보닐-5-[3-클로로-4-(메틸술포닐)페닐]이속사졸, 4-시클로프로필카르보닐-5-[4-(메틸술포닐)페닐]이속사졸, 4-시클로프로필카르보닐-5-[4-(메틸설피닐)페닐]이속사졸, 4-시클로프로필카르보닐 -5-[3-(메틸설페닐)페닐]이속사졸, 에틸-5-[2-클로로-4(메틸설페닐)페닐]-4-시클로프로필카르보닐 이속사졸-3-카르복실레이트, 에틸-4-시클로프로필카르보닐-5-[2-(메틸설페닐)-4-트리플루오로메틸페닐]이속사졸-3-카르복실레이트, 에틸-1-시클로프로필카르보닐 -5-[2-(메틸설페닐)-4-트리플루오로메틸페닐]이속사졸-3-카르복실레이트, 4-시클로프로필카르보닐 -5-[2-(페닐설페닐)-4-트리플루오로메틸페닐]이속사졸 또는 4-시클로프로필카르보닐 -5-[5-(메틸설페닐)피리드-2-일]이속사졸인 화합물.
  6. (a) 하기 일반식(II)화합물을 금속화한 다음, 상기와 같이 수득된 화합물을 일반식 R1COC1의 산 염화물과 반응시키거나
    (식중, X는 할로겐 원자)
    (b) 하기 일반식(III)의 화합물을 산화시켜 히드록시기를 케톤기로 변환시키거나,
    (c) 하기 일반식(IV)의 화합물을 유기 금속시약과 반응시켜 -COR1기를 도입하거나,
    (식중, Y는 카르복시기 도는 그의 반응성 잔기, 또는 시아노기이다)
    (d) R이 수소원자일 경우, 하기 일반식(V)의 화합물과 히드록실아민의 염을 반응시키거나,
    (식중, L은 이탈기이다)
    (e) R이 수소원자가 아닐 경우, 하기 일반식(VI)의 화합물과 일반식 RC(X)=N-OH의 화합물(X는 상기 정의한 바와 같으며 R은 수소가 아니다.)을 반응시키거나,
    (식중, P는 이탈기이다)
    (f) R이 수소가 아닐 경우, 하기 일반식(VII)의 화합물과 일반식 RC(X)=N-OH의 화합물(X는 상기 정의한 바와 같으며 R은 수소가 아니다.)의 화합물을 반응시키거나,
    (g) R이 수소가 아닐 경우, 하기 일반식(VIII)의 화합물의 염과 일반식 RC(X)=NOH의 화합물(X는 상기 정의한 바와 같고 R은 수소가 아니다.)의 화합물을 반응시킨 다음,
    임의로 상기와 같이 수득된 일반식(I)의 화합물을 일반식(I)의 다른 화합물로 변환시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 정의된 화합물의 제조 방법.
  7. 농경적으로 허용되는 희석제나 담체 및/또는 계면 활성제와 함께, 활성성분으로서 제1항에 정의된 일반식(I)의 5-아릴 이속사졸 유도체, 또는 일반식(I)의 화합물(상기에서, (a) R은 수소, R1은 메틸이고 Ar은 4-플루오로페닐이거나, (b) R 및 R1은 모두 메틸이고 Ar은 2,3,4,5,6-펜타메틸페닐이다.)의 제초적 유효량을 함유하는 제초 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 활성성분을 0.05 내지 90중량% 함유하는 제초 조성물.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 액체형태이며 계면 활성제를 0.05 내지 25% 함유하는 제초 조성물.
  10. 제7항, 8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 수성 현탁 농축액, 수화분말, 수용성 또는 수분산성 분말, 액체 수용성 농축액, 액체 유화성 헌탁 농축액, 과립 또는 유화 농축액의 형태인 제초 조성물.
  11. 제1항에서 정의한 일반식(I)의 5-아릴 이속사졸 유도체 또는 일반식(I)의 화합물(상기에서, (a) R이 수소, R1은 메틸이고 Ar이 4-플루오로페닐이거나, (b) R 및 R1은 모두 메틸이고 Ar은 2,3,4,5,6-펜타메틸페닐이다.)의 제초적 유효량을 일정 장소에 살포함을 특징으로 하는 일정 장소에서의 잡초 성장 억제 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 장소는 곡물재배를 위해 이용되거나 이용될 지역이며 상기 화합물을 1헥타르당 0.01kg 내지 4.0kg의 살포율로 살포하는 잡초 성장 억제 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 장소는 곡물재배지역이 아닌 지역이며 상기 화합물을 1헥타르당 1.0kg 내지 20.0kg의 살포율로 살포하는 잡초 성장 억제 방법.
