Claims (9)
- 반응을 조직적 반응기(methodic reactor)에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는, 알루미나, 카아본 및 질소에서 카아보질화에 의한 질화 알루미늄의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일정한 충전율로써, 균일하고 일정한 체류시간으로, 그리고 주어진 수준으로 각 입자 주위에 기체상의 균일한 조성과 열교환을 보장하는 조건에서 충전물의 퍼콜레이션(percolation) 및 강렬한 물질전이를 수행하는, 순환층을 갖는 연속 반응기에서 반응을 실행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 적어도 하기와 같은 장치로서 작동하는 반응기에서 반응을 실행함을 특징으로 하는 방법 : - 뜨거운 배기가스에 의해, 즉 열교환기에서 출발 과립물(형태화된 첫번째 물질)의 재가열 장치, - 과립물에 함유된 카아본원(일반적으로 수지)의 열분해 반응 장치, - 카아보질화 반응 장치, - 반응기로 들어가는 질소와 퍼니스의 뜨거운 구역에서 나오는 과립물과의 접촉에 의한 재가열 장치.
- 제1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 수직 방식으로 작동하고 다음을 포함하는 반응기에서 반응을 실행함을 특징으로 하는 방법, - 중심부가 특별하게는 전자기 유도 장치(8)에 의해 가열되며, 일반적으로 그래파이트제인 주튜브(1), - 튜브(1)의 상부에 있으며, 알루미나, 카아본 및 열분해에 의하여 카아본을 생성하는 수지로 구성된 과립물을 반응기에 공급하는 역활을 하는 공급 장치(2), - 또한 튜브(1)의 상부에 있으며, 튜브(1)의 충전량의 수준을 고정시키는 계측기(4), - 튜브(1)의 하부에 있으며, 특별히 스테인레스 스틸제이고, 적어도 하나의 질소 주입구(7), 및 그 내부에 과립물의 배출을 행할 수 있는 방수성 용적계량기(6)를 포함하는 비롤(5), - 또한 튜브(1)의 상부에 있는 배기가스의 배출장치.
- 제1 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급 과립물(a)는 알루미나 및 카아본, 그리고 열분해에 의하여 카아본을 생성시키는 수지로 구성되며, 전체 카아본/알루미나의 몰비가 3 또는 그 이상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 과립물(a)는 0.05㎤/g 이상의 공극 부피 및 0.2 내지 3.0㎫의 내압축성을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배기가스의 온도가 대략 450℃이고, 열분해 역의 온도가 600 내지 1000℃이며, 카아보질화 구역의 온도가 대략 1450 내지 1500℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 평균 크기 0.5 내지 5㎛인 입자형태이며, 0.5%를 초과하지 않는 잔류 α알루미나 함량을 가지고 적어도 2㎡/g의 BET 비표면을 나타내는 AIN으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 질화 알루미늄.
- 평균 크기 0.5 내지 5㎛인 입자형태이며, 0.5%를 초과하지 않는 잔류 α알루미나 함량을 가지고 적어도 2㎡/g의 BET 비표면을 나타내는 AIN으로 구성되는 질화 알루미늄으로서, 제1 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 사용하여 수득된 AIN 분말.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
