Claims (2)
- 촉매 제조시 몰리부덴 및 바나듐 성분의 원료로써 산화물을 사용하고, 칼륨, 루비듐, 세슘 및 탈륨 이외의 촉매원료와 물과의 혼합액을 85℃ 이상에서 1~10시간 가열한 후 이 혼합액을 80℃ 이하로 냉각하고, 칼륨, 루비듐, 세슘 및 탈륨으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소를 첨가하고 계속하여 혼합액의 온도를 80℃ 이하에서 초산암모늄, 탄산암모늄, 탄산수소암모늄, 황산암모늄 및 황산수소암모늄으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 이상의 화합물을 첨가한 후 물을 제거하여 얻은 잔류물을 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 인, 몰리부덴 및 바나듐을 함유하는 다성분계의 메타크릴산 제조용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 메타크릴산 제조용 촉매가 아래 일반식으로 표시되는 촉매임을 특징으로 하는 다성분계의 메타크릴산 제조용 촉매의 제조방법.PaMobVcCudXeYf(NH4)gOh…………………………………………일반식(상기식중, P,Mo,V,Cu,NH4및 O는 각각 인, 몰리부덴, 바나듐, 구리, 암모늄기 및 산소이고, X는 칼륨, 루비듐, 세슘 및 탈륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이며, Y는 은, 마그네슘, 아연, 비소, 게르마늄, 규소, 텅스텐, 붕소, 비스무트, 크롬, 란탄, 바륨, 안티몬, 철, 지르코늄, 텔루르 및 셀륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이다. a,b,c,d,e,f,g 및 h는 각 원소의 원자 비율을 나타내며 ; b=12일때 a=0.5~3, c=0.01~3, d=0.01~2, e=0.01~2, f=0~5이고, h는 전기 각 성분의 원자가를 만족하기 위한 산소의 원자수이며, g는 암모늄기의 분자수를 나타내며, g=0.01~2이다)※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
