- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 조성을 갖는 촉매의 존재하에서 분자 산소를 사용하여 이소부틸렌 또는 3-급-부탄올을 개스상 촉매적 산화 시킴을 특징으로 하여 메타크롤레인 및 메타-크릴산을 제조하는 방법.MoaWbBicFedNieSbfXgYhZiAjOk(Ⅰ)상기식에서, Mo,W,Bi,Fe,Ni,Sb 및 O는 각각 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 비스무스, 철, 니켈, 안티몬 및 산소이고 : X는 칼륨, 루비듐 및 세슘중에서 선택된 하나이상의 원소이며 : Y는 인, 붕소, 황, 실리콘, 셀레늄 및 게르마늄 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이고 : Z는 아연 및 납중에서 선택된 하나이상의 원소이며 : A는 마그네슘, 코발트, 망간 및 주석중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이고 : a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j및 k는 각 원소의 원자비를 나타내는데, 즉 a가 12인 경우에 b는 0.001 내지 2, 바람직하게는 0.01 내지 2이며, c는 0.01 내지 3, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 2이고, d는 0.01 내지 8, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 5이며, e는 0.01 내지 10, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 10이고, f는 0.01 내지 5, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 3이며, g는 0.01 내지 2, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 2이고, h는 0 내지 5, 바람직하게는 0.001 내지 2이고, i는 0.01 내지 5, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 5이고, j는 0 내지 10, 바람직하게는 1 내지 10이고, K는 상기 성분들의 원자가를 만족시키기에 충분한 산소원자 수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 촉매가 Z성분으로 아연을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 촉매가 Z성분으로 아연을 함유하고 A성분으로 코발트를 함유하는 방법.
