Claims (1)

  1. 메타크롤레인 분자상 산소로 기상 접촉 산화시켜 메타크릴산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 다음 일반식으로 표시되는 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴산의 제조방법.
    Pa Mob Vc Fed Cee(NH4)fXgYhZiOj
    상기식에서, P ,Mo ,V ,Fe ,Ce , NH₄및 O는 각각 인, 몰리브덴, 바나듐, 철, 셀륨, 암모늄기 및 산소이고, X는 구리, 아연, 비스무스, 크롬, 마스네슘, 은, 탄탈 및 란탄으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이며, Y는 비소, 안티몬, 지르코늄, 바륨, 망간, 게르마늄 및 텔루륨으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이고, Z는 칼륨, 루비듐, 세슘 및 탈륨으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이며, a,b,c,d,e,g,h,i 및 j는 각각의 원소의 원자비율이고, b가 12일 때 a는 0.5내지 3, c는 0.01내지 3, d는 0.01내지 2, e는 0.01내지 2, g는 0.01내지 3, h는 0.01내지 3이며, i는 0.01 내지 2이며, j는 상기한 각 성분의 원자가를 만족하는 데 필요한 산소원자수이고, f는 암모늄기의 분자수이며, f는 0.1내지 3.6이다.
