Abstract

본 발명은 아크롤레인 또는 아크롤레인 함유가스를 기상접촉산화하여 아크릴산을 제조하기 위한 아크릴산제조용 촉매 및 이 촉매를 이용한 아크릴산의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 촉매는 (A)Mo 및 V를 필수성분으로 하는, 아크롤레인의 기상접촉 산화반응에 의한 아크릴산 제조용 복합산화물 및 (B)산강도(Ho)가 -11.93이하의 고체산으로 이루어지며, 촉매활성 및 수명이 뛰어나므로 고수율로 장기에 걸쳐 안정직으로 아크릴산을 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (13)

  1. 아크롤레인 또는 아크롤레인 함유가스를 기상에서 분자상 산소 또는 산소함유가스에 의해 산화하여 아크릴산을 제조하기 위한 촉매에 있어서, (A)몰리브덴 및 바나듐을 필수성분으로 하는 아크롤레인의 기상 접촉산화에 의한 아크릴산 제조용 복합산화물 및 (B)산강도(Ho)가 -11.93 이하(Ho≤-11.93)의 고체산을 함유하여 이루어진 아크릴산 제조용 촉매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)가 일반식(1) :
    MooVbWcCudXeOg
    (식 중, Mo는 몰리브덴, V는 바나듐, W는 텅스텐, Cu는 구리, X는 Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba로 이루어진 군에서 적어도 하나의 원소, 그리고 O는 산소이며, a,b,c,d,e 및 g는 각각 Mo, V, W, Cu, X 및 O의 원자비를 나타내고, a=12로 할 때, 2≤b≤14, 0≤c≤12, O<d≤6, O≤e≤3이며, g는 각각의 원소의 산화상태에 의해 정해지는 수치이다)로 표현되는 복합산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)가 일반식(2) :
    MooVbWcCudXeYfOg
    (식 중, Mo는 몰리브덴, V는 바나듐, W는 텅스텐, Cu는 구리, X는 Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소, Y는 Ti, Zr, Ce, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Zn, Nb, Sn, Sb, Pb 및 Bi로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소, 그리고 O은 산소이며, a,b,c,d,e,f 및 g는 각각 Mo, V, W, Cu, X, Y 및 O으 원자비를 나타내고, a=12로 할 때, 2≤b≤14, O≤c≤12, O<d≤6, 0≤e≤3, O≤f≤3이며, g는 각각의 원소의 산화상태에 으이해 정해지는 수치이다)로 표시되는 복합산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 SO4/주기율표 제Ⅳ 금속산화물 초강산인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 주기율표 제Ⅳ족 금속이 지르코늄, 티타늄, 주석 및 하프늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  6. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 SO4/산화철 초강산인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  7. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 SO4/산화규소초강산인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  8. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 잉ㅆ어서, 성분(B)가 SO4/산화알루미늄 초강산인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  9. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 산화텅스텐, 산화몰리브덴 또는 텅스텐-몰리브덴 복합산화물/산화지르코늄 초강산인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  10. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 산화텅스텐/산화주석, 산화티탄, 산화철, 또는 주석, 티타늄 및 철로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 2종류 원소의 복합산화물 초강산인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  11. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 인텅스텐산 및/또는 그 알카리금속염 초강산인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  12. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(A)에 대한 성분(B)의 비율(산화물환산)이 0.1∼30중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  13. 아크롤레인 또는 아크롤레인 함유가스를 기상에서 분자성 산소 함유가스에 의해 산화시키는 기상접촉산화반응에 의해 아크릴산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 제1항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에 따른 아크릴산 제조용 촉매의 존재하에 기상접촉 산화반응이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크실산의 제조방법.
