Abstract

"CATALISADOR DE óXIDO COMPLEXO, E, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR (MET)ACROLEìNA E áCIDO (MET)ACRìLICO". Catalisadores complexos de óxido representados pela fórmula: Mo~ a~ W~ b~Bi~ c~Fe~ dã~ e~B~ f~C~ g~D~ h~E~ i~O~ x~ em que A é Ni ou Co; B é Na, K, Rb, Cs ou Tl; C é um metal terroso alcalino; D é P, Te, Sb, Sn, Ce, Pb, Nb, Mn, As, B ou Zn; E é Si, Al, Ti ou Zr; e onde a é 12, 0<243>b<243>10, 0<c<243>10, 0<d<243>10, 2<243>e<243>15, 0<f<243>10, 0<243>g<243>10, 0<243>h<243>4 e 0<243>i<243>30 são fornecidos. Os catalisadores são caracterizados pelo fato de que a relação molar dos ânions totais de nitrato para molibdênio no momento da preparação do catalizador é superior a 1, mas não mais do que 1,8. Quando usados na reação para produzir (met)acroleína e ácido (met)acrílico pela oxidação em fase de vapor de pelo menos um composto selecionado de propileno, isobutileno, t-butanol e éter metil-t-butílico, os catalisadores apresentam excelentes atividade e seletividade e mantêm desempenho estável durante período prolongado.
