Claims (6)

  1. 메타클로레인을 분자상 산소로써 기상 접촉산화하여 메타크릴산을 제조함에 있어서 아래 일반식을 갖는 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴산의 제조방법.
    일반식:PaMobVcCudZneAfBgChDfOj
    (상기 일반식중 P, Mo, V, Cu, Zn 및 0는 각각 인, 몰리부덴, 바나듐, 동, 아연 및 산소를 나타내고, A는 안티몬 및 철로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이고, B는 규소, 유황, 셀레늄, 스칸듐 및 칼륨으로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타내고, C는 칼륨, 루비듐, 세슘 및 탈륨으로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타내고, D는 텅스텐, 마그네슘, 클로옴, 망간, 지르코늄, 주석, 탄탈, 비스머스, 세륨, 카드미늄 및 붕소로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타내고, a부터 j까지는 각 원소의 원자비율을 나타내고, b=12일때 a=0.1-3, c=0.01-3, d=0,01-3, e=0 01-3, f=0.1-5, g=0.001-5, h=0.0l-3, i=0-5이고, j는 상기 각 성분의 원자가를 만족하기에 필요한 산소의 원자수이다.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, i의 값이 0.001-5인 상기 일반식의 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴산의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, a의 값이 0.5-2.5, b의 값이 12, c의 값이 0.05-2.0, d의 값이 0.05-2.0, e의값이 0.05-2, f의 값이 0.2-3,9의 값이 0.01-2.0, h의 값이 0.05-2.0 그리고 i의 값이 0.01-2.0인 상기 일반식의 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴산의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, A가 안티몬인 상기 일반식의 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴산의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, A가 철인 상기 일반식의 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴산의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, B가 유황, 스칸듐, 혹은 칼륨이고, f가 0.2-3이며 g가 0.01-2.0 그리고 i가 0.01-2.0인 상기 일반식의 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴산의 제조방법.
