Claims (14)
- 불포화된 알데히드를 주로하기 실험식의 원소 및 비율로 구성된 복합산화물 촉매(이는 P,Ce,Fe,Al 및 Ni를 거의 함유하지 않는다)의 존재하 및 임의로 스티임의 존재하에, 산소분자로 산화시켜서 아크롤레인으로부터 아크릴산을 제조하는 증기상 공정, MoaVbZreXdYeOf상기식에서, X는 Cu 및 Mg 중 1종이상이며 Y는 K,Rb,Cs,Sn,Ti,Cr,Re,Sb,Mn,Ge,Ba,Zn,Ag,Cd,La,As,Bi,B 및 W 중 1종 이상이고 a는 6 내지 18이며, b는 0.1 내지 10이고, c는 0.05내지 5이고, d는 0내지 3이고, e는 0내지 2이고, f는 존재하는 다른 원소의 원가가 요구치를 만족시키기에 충분한 수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, a가 9내지 15이고, b가 0.5내지 5이며, c가 0.1내지 3이고, d가 0.01내지 2이며, e가 0내지 1인 방법.
- 아크롤레인을 주로 다음 실험식의 원소 및 비율로 구성된 복합산화물 촉매(이는 P,W1,Ce,Fe,Al 및 Ni를 거의 함유하지 않는다)의 존재하 및 임의로 스티임의 존재하에, 산소 분자에 산화시켜서 아크릴산을 제조하는 증기상공정 MoaVbZreXdYeOf상기식에서, X는 Cu 및 Mg 중 1종이상이며 Y는 K,Rb,Cs,Sn,Ti,Cr,Re,Sb,Mn,Ge,Ba,Zn,Ag,Cd,La,As,Bi 및 B중 1종 이상이며, a는 6내지 18이며, b는 0.1 내지 10이고, c는 0.05내지 5이고, d는 0내지 3이고, e는 0 내지 2이며, f는 존재하는 다른 원소의 원자가 요구치를 만족시키기에 충분한 수이다.
