Claims (14)

  1. 불포화된 알데히드를 주로하기 실험식의 원소 및 비율로 구성된 복합산화물 촉매(이는 P,Ce,Fe,Al 및 Ni를 거의 함유하지 않는다)의 존재하 및 임의로 스티임의 존재하에, 산소분자로 산화시켜서 아크롤레인으로부터 아크릴산을 제조하는 증기상 공정, MoaVbZreXdYeOf상기식에서, X는 Cu 및 Mg 중 1종이상이며 Y는 K,Rb,Cs,Sn,Ti,Cr,Re,Sb,Mn,Ge,Ba,Zn,Ag,Cd,La,As,Bi,B 및 W 중 1종 이상이고 a는 6 내지 18이며, b는 0.1 내지 10이고, c는 0.05내지 5이고, d는 0내지 3이고, e는 0내지 2이고, f는 존재하는 다른 원소의 원가가 요구치를 만족시키기에 충분한 수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, a가 9내지 15이고, b가 0.5내지 5이며, c가 0.1내지 3이고, d가 0.01내지 2이며, e가 0내지 1인 방법.
  3. 아크롤레인을 주로 다음 실험식의 원소 및 비율로 구성된 복합산화물 촉매(이는 P,W1,Ce,Fe,Al 및 Ni를 거의 함유하지 않는다)의 존재하 및 임의로 스티임의 존재하에, 산소 분자에 산화시켜서 아크릴산을 제조하는 증기상공정 MoaVbZreXdYeOf상기식에서, X는 Cu 및 Mg 중 1종이상이며 Y는 K,Rb,Cs,Sn,Ti,Cr,Re,Sb,Mn,Ge,Ba,Zn,Ag,Cd,La,As,Bi 및 B중 1종 이상이며, a는 6내지 18이며, b는 0.1 내지 10이고, c는 0.05내지 5이고, d는 0내지 3이고, e는 0 내지 2이며, f는 존재하는 다른 원소의 원자가 요구치를 만족시키기에 충분한 수이다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, a가 9내지 15, b가 0.5내지 5, c가 0.1 내지 3, d가 0.01내지 2, e가 0내지 1인 방법.
