Claims (3)

  1. 이소부틸렌이나 3급 부타놀을 분자상 산소로써 기상 접촉산화시켜 메타클로레인 및 메타크릴산을 제조함에 있어서, 촉매 조제시 몰리부덴 성분의 원료로서 몰리부덴산 암모늄을 사용하고, 이때 사용하는 초산의 량이 촉매 원료중에 함유된초산근을 별도로 하여 몰리부덴산 암모늄 1몰에 대하여 0. 01~0. 36몰로 함을 특징으로 하는 몰리부덴, 비스머스, 철 및 세습 또는 타륨을 함유하는 다성분계 촉매의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매는 몰리부덴, 비스머스, 철, 안티몬 및 세습 또는 타륨을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 다성분게 촉매의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식 MoaWbBicFedSbeAfXgYhZiOj으로 표시되는 촉매임을 특징으로 하는 다성분계 촉매의 제조방법. 상기 식중 : Mo,W,Bi,Fe,Sb 및 O는 각각 몰리부덴, 텡스텐, 비스머스, 철, 안티몬 및 산소이고, A는 닉켈 및 코발트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 이상의 원소이며, X는 세슘 및 타륨으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 이상의 원소이고, Y는 마그네슘 망간, 아연, 바륨 및 크롬으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 이상의 원소이며, Z는 인, 붕산, 유황, 게이산, 셀륨, 칼륨 및 루비디움으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종이상의 원소이다. a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i 및j는 각 원소의 원자비율을 나타내며, a=12일 때 b=0~2, c=0. 01~2, d=0. 5~5, e=0. 01~3, f=1~12, g=0. 01~2, h=0. 01~10, I=0~20이고 j는 전기 각 성분의 원자가를 만족시킴에 필요로 되는 산소의 원자수이다.
