Claims (6)
- (i) 안티몬 화합물, 하나 이상의 다가 금속 화합물, 및 실리카졸 및 실리카졸과 화이트카본, 훈증 실리카 또는 실리카 하이드로겔과의 혼합물중에서 선택된 실리카 지지 출불물질을 함유하는 슬러리를 pH 7이하에서 40℃이상의 온도로 가열하여 열처리된 슬러리를 제조하고, 별도로 (ii) 텔루륨-함유 용액으로서, 바나듐, 몰리브덴 및 텅스텐중에서 선택된 금속 하나 이상의 산화물, 옥시산 또는 옥시산염의 존재하에서 과산화 수소로 산화시킨 금속성 텔루륨-함유 용액을 제조한 다음, 상기 성분(i) 및 (ii) 를 혼합하고, 혼합물을 건조시킨후, 건조된 혼합물을 하소시킴을 특징으로 하여, 필수성분으로서 안티몬 화합물, 텔루륨 화합물, 다가 금속 화합물 및 실리카 지지 출발물질을 함유하는 수성 슬러리를 건조시키고, 형성된 고체를 하소시킴으로써 안티몬 및 텔루륨-함유 금속 산화물 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다가 금속 화합물이 철, 코발트, 니켈, 주석, 우라늄, 크롬, 구리, 망간, 티탄 및 세륨 중에서 선택된 원소 하나 이상의 화합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안티몬 및 텔루륨-함유 금속 산화물 촉매가 하기 실험식으로 표현되는 방법.MeaSbbTecXdQeRfOg (SoO2)h상기식에서, Me는 Fe,Co,Ni,Sn,U,Cr,Cu,Mn,Ti 및 Ce 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이고, X는 V, Mo 및 W중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이며, Q는 Li,Na,K,Rb,Cs,Be,Mg,Ca,Sr,Ba,Y,La,Zr,Th,Hf,Nb,Ta,Re,Ru,Os,Rh,Ir,Pd,Pt,Ag,Zn,Cd,Al,Ga,In,Tl,Ge,pb,As 및 Se 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이고, R은 B,P 및 Bi 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이며, a,b,c,d,e,f 및 g는 각각 하기와 같은 범위의 원자(atomic ratio) 를 나타낸다.a=5 내지 15, b=5 내지 100, c=0.1 내지 10, d=0 내지 15, e=0 내지 50, f=0 내지 10. g=상기 성분들에 의해 형성된 산화물에 상응하는 수, h=10 내지 200.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카 지지 출발물질이 실리카졸로 이루어진 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카 지지 출발물질이 실리카 성분 총중량을 기준하여 70중량% 이하의 화이트 카본, 훈증실리카 또는 실리카 하이드로겔과 30중량% 이상의 실리카졸의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안티몬 및 텔루륨-함유 금속 산화물 촉매가 유동베드(fluidized bed)반응에 사용되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
