Claims (8)
- 하기 일반식(1)(Mo)a(Bi)b(Fe)c(X)d(Z)f(O)g (1)[식중, X는 Ni 및 Co로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 나타내고, Z는 W, Be, Mg, S, Ca, Sr, Ba, Te,Se, Ce, Ge, Mn, Zn, Cr, Ag, Sb, Pb, As. B, P, Nb, Cu, Cd, Sn, Al, Zr 및 Ti로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 나타내며, a. b, c, d, f 및 g는 각 원소의 원자비율을 나타내고, a를 기준으로하여 a=12로 하였을때에, b=0.1∼10, c=0∼20. d=0∼20. f=0∼4이며, g는 싱기 각 성분의 원자가를 만족시키는데 필요한 원자수이다] 표시되는 조성물(1)과 일반식(2)(A)m(Mo)n)(O)p (2)[식중, A는 K, Rb 및 Cs로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 나타내고, m. n 및 p는 각윈소의 원자비율을나타내고, m을 기준으로하여 m=2로 하였을때에, n=1∼9, p=3n+1이다]로 표시되는 조성물(2)와의 혼합물인 촉매의 존재하에서, 이소부틸렌 또는 3급 부탄올을 분자상 산소를 사용하여 기상접촉산화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메타크롤레인의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물(1)과 조성물(2)와의 혼합비가 A/Bi의 원자비율로 표시하여 0.02∼1.0인 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 조성물(1)과 조성물(2)를 30℃로부터 300℃의 온도범위에서 가열 혼합하여, 300℃ 이하의 온도에서 증발 건조시켜 굳히고, 300℃로부터 650℃의 온도범위에서 소성하여 얻어진 촉매를 사용하는 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 조성물(1)과 조성물(2)와의 가열 혼합을 물의 존재하에서 실시하여 얻어진 촉매를 사용하는 제조방법.
- 하기 일반식(1)(Mo)a(Bi)b(Fe)c(X)d(Z)f(O)g (1)[식중, X는 Ni 및 Co로, 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 나타내고, Z는 W, Be, Mg, S,Ca, Sr, Ba, Te,Se, Ce, Ge, Mn, Zn, Cr, Ag, Sb, Pb, As, B, P, Nb, Cu, Cd, Sn, Al, Zr 및 Ti로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 나타내고, a, b, c. d, f 및 g는 각 원소의 윈자비율을 나타내고, a를 기준으로 하여 a=12로 하였을때에,b=0.1∼10, c=0∼20, d=0∼20, f=0∼4이며, g는상기 각 성분의 윈자가를 만족시키는데 필요한 원자수이다]로 표시되는 조성물(1)과, 일반식 (2)(A)m(Mo)n)(O)p (2)[식중, A는 K. Rb 및 Cs로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 윈소를 나타내고, m. n 및 p는 각윈소의 원자비율을나타내고, m을 기준으로하여 m=2로 하였을때에, n=1∼9, p=3n+1이다]로 표시되는조성물(2)를 가열 혼합하여, 증발 건조시켜 굳히고, 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메타크롤레인의 제조방법에 사용하는 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 조성물(1)과 조성물(2)와의 혼합비가 A/Bi의 원자비율로 표시하여 0.02-1.0인 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 조성물(1)과 조성물(2)를 30℃로부터 300℃의 온도범위에시 가열 혼합하여, 300℃ 이하의 온도에서 증발 건조시켜 굳히고, 300℃로부터 650℃의 온도범위에서 소성하는 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 조성물(1)과 조성물(2)와의 가열 혼합을 물이 존재하에서 실시하는 촉매의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
