Claims (17)

  1. 각 구성원소의 공급원을 복합물로 혼성하고 이를 열처리하여 복합산화물 촉매로 전환시킨, Sb, Mo,V 및/또는 Nb를 필수성분으로 함유하는 복합산화물 촉매의 제조법에 있어서, 600° 내지 900℃로 열처리한 아래식으로 표시되는 복합산화물의 Sb공급원을 필수성분으로 혼성하여 이루어지는 복합산화물 촉매의 제조법.
    Sbp-Xq-Yr,
    위 식에서, X는 Ni,Fe,Co 및 Bi로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택한 1이상의 원소를 나타내고, Y는 Al 및 Si중의 1이상의 원소를 나타내고, p는 1내지 40의 정수이고, q는 1내지 20의 정수이고, r은 0내지 10의 정수이며, 단 r이 0일 경우 X의 니켈은 그 일부가 탄산니켈로서 공급된다.
  2. 각 구성원소의 공급원을 복합물로 혼성하고 이를 열처리하여 복합산화물 촉매로 전환시킨, Sb, Mo,V및/또는 Nb를 필수성분으로 함유하는 복합산화물 촉매의 제조법에 있어서, 600° 내지 900℃로 열처리하고, Ni공급원의 필수성분으로 탄산니켈(nickel carbonate)을 사용한, 아래 식으로 표시되는 복합산화물의 Sb공급원을 필수성분으로 혼성하여 이루어지는 복합산화물 촉매의 제조법.
    Sbp-Nip-Yr-0,
    위 식에서, Y는 Al및/또는 Si이고, p는 1내지 40의 정수이고, q는 1내지 20의 정수이고, r은 0내지 10의 정수이며, 위 식은 구성비율에 관계없이 구성성분을 나타내는 것이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 식 Sbp-Nip-Yr-0로 표시되는 복합산화물이 산화안티몬 및 탄산니켈 그리고 임의로 실리카 및/또는 알루미나로 이루어진 수성 슬러리를 증발 건고시키고, 고형생성물을 대기중에서 600° 내지 900℃로 소결시켜 제조되는 복합산화물 촉매의 제조법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 소결온도를 650°내지 850℃로 하는 복합산화물 촉매의 제조법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 식 Sbp-Nip-Yr-0의 복합산화물이 다음 조성으로 표시되는 복합산화물 촉매의 제조법.

    위 식에서, w:1내지 20의 정수,
    x:1내지 10의 정수,
    y:0내지 5의 정수,
    z:각 성분의 산화도에 따라 결정되는 수치이다.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 복합산화물 촉매가 다음 조성으로 표시되는 복합산화물 촉매의 제조법.
    Sba-Mob-(V및/또는 Nb)c-Nid-Ye-At-Og,
    위 식에서 Y는 Si및/또는 Al이고, A는 임의 성분원소를 나타내며, a내지 g는 다음 수치를 나타낸다.

    b:1내지 100,
    c:0.1내지 50,
    d:1내지 100,
    e:0내지 200,
    f:0.1내지 50,
    g:각 성분원소의 산화도에 따라 결정되는 수치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, a내지 f가 다음 수치를 나타내는 것인 복합산화물 촉매의 제조법.
    a:1내지 100,
    b:1내지 50,
    c:1내지 20,
    d:10내지 100,
    e:0내지 100,
    f:0.1내지 20,
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 임의 성분원소 A가 W,Cu,Fe및/또는 Co인 복합산화물 촉매의 제조법.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 복합산화물 촉매의 세공 평균크기가 5,000Å 이상인 복합산화물 촉매의 제조법.
  10. 각 구성원소의 공급원을 복합물로 혼성하고 이를 열처리하여 복합산화물 촉매로 전환시킨, Sb,Mo,V및/또는 Nb를 필수성분으로 함유하는 복합산화물 촉매의 제조법에 있어서, 600° 내지 900℃로 열처리한, 아래식으로 표시되는 복합산화물의 Sb공급원을 필수성분으로 혼성하여 이루어지는 복합산화물 촉매의 제조법.
    Sbp-Xq-Sirr-0,
    위 식에서, X는 Ni,Fe,Co및 Bi로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택한 1이상의 원소이고 p는 1내지 40의 정수이고, q는 1내지 20의 정수이고, rr은 1내지 10의 정수이다.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 식 Sbp-Xq-Sirr-0의 복합산화물이, 3산화 안티몬과, Fe,Co 및 Ni로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택한 원소의 질산염 또는 염화물, 그리고 실리카를 함유하는 수성 슬러리를 증발 건고시키고, 고형생성물을 대기중에서 600°내지 900℃로 소결시켜 제조되는 복합산화물 촉매의 제조법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 소결온도를 650°내지 850℃로 하는 복합산화물 촉매의 제조법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 식 Sbp-Xq-Sirr-0의 복합산화물이 다음 조성으로 표시되는 복합산화물 촉매의 제조법.
    Sbp-Nix-Siy-0z
    위 식에서, w:1내지 20의 정수,
    x:1내지 10의 정수,
    y:1내지 5의 정수,
    z:각 성분의 산화도에 따라 결정되는 수치이다.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 복합산화물 촉매가 다음 조성으로 표시되는 복합산화물 촉매의 제조법.
    Sba-Mob-(V및/또는 Nb)e-Xd-Ae-Sif-Og,
    위 식에서, A는 임의 성분원소이고, a내지 g는 다음 수치를 나타낸다.
