판상(板狀) 바륨 페라이트 입자 및 그 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 Fe(Ⅲ)을 기준으로 하여 7.86원자%의 Co를 첨가하는 경우에 있어서 Co에 대한 Ti의 첨가비(몰비)와 제조된 판상 바륨 페라이트 입자들의 입도 사이의 관계를 도시한 것임.
제 2 도 및 3도는 실시예 1 및 비교예 1의 수용액으로부터 각각 제조한 판상 바륨 페라이트 입자들의 입자 구조에 대한 전자 현미경사진(×100,000)임.

Claims (2)

  1. 0.03㎛ 이상 0.1㎛ 이하의 평균 입경을 갖고 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 판상 바륨 페라이트 입자:
    BaO·n[Fe1-x-yCoxTiy)2O3-x+y]………………………………(Ⅰ)
    여기서,
    x 및 y는 독립적으로 0.02 내지 0.12이고,
    n은 4 내지 7이며;
    Fe(Ⅲ)에 대한 Co의 원자비는 0.02 : 1 내지 0.13 : 1이고,
    Co에 대한 Ti의 몰비는 0 이상 0.8이하임.
  2. 현탄액내에서 Fe(Ⅲ)의 양에 대한 Co양의 원자비가 0.02 : 1 내지 0.13 : 1이며, Co에 대한 Ti의 몰비가 0이상 0.8 이하인, Fe(Ⅲ), Co(Ⅱ), Ti(Ⅳ) 및 Ba 이온을 함유하는 수산화철(Ⅲ)의 염기성 수성 현탁액을 120 내지 33℃의 온도에서 오토클레이브 처리해서 평균 입경을 0.03㎛ 이상 0.1㎛ 이하로 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 판상 바륨 페라이트 입자의 제조방법 :
    BaO·n[Fe1-x-yCoxTiy)2O3-x+y]………………………………(Ⅰ)
    여기서,
    x 및 y는 독립적으로 0.02 내지 0.12이고; n은 4 내지 7이며; Fe(Ⅲ)에 대한 Co의 원자비는 0.02 : 1 내지 0.13 : 1이고; Co에 대한 Ti의 몰비는 0 이상 0.8 이하임.
