Claims (6)
- 76K 내지 298K의 온도범위에서 보자력의 온도 의존도가 0.13kA/mk 미만이고 0.9g/㎠으로 압착된 분말의 보자력이 51kA/m이상인, 코발트 화합물로 피복된 산화철 자기안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복된 산화철 자기안료를 기준으로 하여, 코발트 함량이 2.5내지 6중량%인 산화철 자기안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, (ⅰ)FeOx (여기에서, x는 1.33 내지 1.5의 수이다)의 코어. (ⅱ)0.01 내지 2 미만의 Fe(Ⅱ)에 대한 Fe(Ⅲ)의 비율로 2가철 및 3가철을 함유하는 화합물로 이루어진 코어상의 제1피복물 및 (ⅲ) 제1피복물상의 코발트 화합물의 피복물로 이루어지는 산화철 자기안료.
- FeOx(여기에서, x는 1.33 내지 1.5의 수이다)의 조성을 갖는 산화철 자기코어 물질을 제1단계에서, 0.01 내지 2 미만의 Fe(Ⅱ)에 대한 Fe(Ⅲ)의 비율로 2가철 및 3가철을 함유하는 화합물로 피복시키고, 이어서 제2단계에서 예비 피복된 코어를 코발트 화합물의 제2피복물로 피복시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항의 코발트로 피복된 산화철 자기안료를 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, Fe(Ⅲ):Fe(Ⅱ)비를 Fe(Ⅲ)철염 및 Fe(Ⅱ)철염의 함께 혼합된 양에 의해 조정하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, Fe(Ⅲ):Fe(Ⅱ)비를 제2코발트 피복 단계 이전에 Fe(Ⅱ)의 조절 산화에 의해 조정하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
