Abstract

본 발명은 다음 조성식(Fex 2+, Fe2 3+)O3+x(여기서, 0.3<x<0.75)으로 표시되는 코어를 갖고, 또한, 임의로 이 코어와 코발트 코팅 사시에 Zn함유 베르톨라이드의 중간 코팅을 함유하는, 코발트로 코팅된 코팅된 침상 베르톨라이드 산화철 안료에 관한 것이다. 이 안료는 먼저 코어를 베르톨라이드 및 가용성 아연 화합물로 코팅시킨 후, 코발트 화합물로 코팅시켜 제조된다.

Claims (11)

  1. 다음 조성식(Fex 2+, Fe2 3+)O3+x(여기서, 0.3<x<0.75)으로 표시되는 산화철 코어로 이루어지고, 이 코어의 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 1.5중량%의 코발트로 코팅된 침상 자기 베르톨라이드 산화철 안료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다음 조성식(Fex 2+, Fe2 3+)O3+x(여기서, 0.3<x<0.75)으로 표시되고, Zn이 코어의 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 2중량%의 양으로 존재하는 베르톨라이드 Zn함유 화합물의 추가 코팅이 코발트 코팅과 산화철 코어 사이에 위치하는 것인 자기 산화철 안료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 비(比)포화 자기화가 102mWb·m/㎏을 초과하고, 보자력장 강도가 30 내지 37kA/m일때, DIN IEC 94 Part 5에 따라 안료를 오디오 테이프에 혼입시킨 후 측정한 인쇄 감쇠가 12㎛의 기재 필름 두께 및 11 g/㎡의 회분 함량을 기준으로 50dB를 초과하는 것인 자기 산화철 안료.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 비(比)포화 자기화가 102mWb·m/㎏을 초과하고, 보자력장 강도가 30 내지 37kA/m일때, DIN IEC 94 Part 5에 따라 안료를 오디오 테이프에 혼입시킨 후 측정한 인쇄 감쇠가 12㎛의 기재 필름두께 및 11 g/㎡의 회분 함량을 기준으로 50dB를 초과하는 것인 자기 산화철 안료.
  5. 다음 조성식Fex 2+, Fe2 3+)O3+x(여기서, 0.3<x<0.75)으로 표시되는 자기 베르톨라이드 산화철 물질을 가용성 아연 화합물이 첨가된 베르톨라이드 화합물로 코팅시키고, 이어서 제2단계로 코어 재료를 코발트 화합물로 코팅시키는 것으로 이루어진 제2항 기재의 자기 산화철 안료의 제조 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 가용성 아연 화합물이, Zn이 코어의 중량을 기준으로 0.1내지 2중량%의 양으로 안료내에 존재하도록 하는 양으로 첨가되는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 제1코팅이 산화 조건 하에서 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 산화 조건이 공기를 사용함으로써 생성되는 방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 제1코팅이 알칼리성 매질 중에서 도포되는 방법.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 코발트를 사용한 코팅이 알칼리성 매질 중의 가용성 코발트 염으로 수행되는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 코발트염이 CoSO4인 방법.
