열안정성 산화철 안료 및 이의 제조방법

제1도는 실시예 1a, 1d, 2d등에서 제품의 상대적인 열안정성을 기술한 그래프.
제2도는 실시예 1,2 및 3에 있어서 피막물의 다양한 수준의 안정성 한계 온도(ΔR=1)에 따른 효과를 기술한 그래프이다.

Claims (11)

  1. FeC로 실측하여 보존 함유 피막으로 구성되어 있는 적어도 5%의 철(Ⅱ)을 함유하는 산화철 안료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피막이 B202로 실측하여 하나이상의 보론-산소 화합물형태의 보론 0.1 내지 4중량%를 함유하는 안료.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 자철광 또는 자철광과 자적철광(베르소라이드 산화철)과의 하나이상의 혼합상 및/또는 페리트가 존재하는 안료.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 하나이상의 자성 산화금속 또는 자철광과 자적철광 사이의 산화상태를 갖는 하나이상의 산화철로 피복된 자철광이 존재하는 안료.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하나이상의 흑색 및/또는 갈색 산화철착색안료가 존재하는 안료.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 특히 실시예를 연관하여 기술한 안료.
  7. FeO로 실측하여 적어도 5중량%의 철(Ⅱ)를 함유하는 산화철안료 하나이상의 보존함유의 화합물로 접촉반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 안료의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 안료를 하나이상의 보론 함유 화합물의 현탁액으로 접촉반응시키는 방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 생성한 안료를 마쇄 및/또는 소루하는 방법.
  10. 제7항 내지 9항중 어느 항에 있어서, 하나 이상이 보론 산화물 및/또는 보린산 및/또는 이들염을 사용하는 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서 특히 실시예와 연관하여 기술한 방법.
