Abstract

본 발명은 자성분말의 분산성이 뛰어나고, 도포특성이 뛰어나고, 주행성, 내구성, 전자변환특성 등이 우수한 자기기록매체의 제조에 알맞는 자기도료에 관한 것이다.
강자성분말, 결합제 및 그 결합제의 용제를 함유하는 자기도료이고, 강자성분말이 전결합제의 20~80중량%의 결합제와 그 결합제의 빈용제중에서 1차 분산되고, 뒤이어 결합제의 양용제중에서 2차 분산되어, 전결합제의 25중량% 이상이 강자성분말에 흡착하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기도료가 제공된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 강자성분말, 결합제 및 그 결합제의 용제를 함유하는 자기도료이고, 강자성분말이 전결합제의 20~80중량%의 결합제와 그 결합제의 빈용제중에서 1차 분산되고, 뒤이어 결합제의 양용제중에서 2차 분산되어, 전결합제의 25중량% 이상이 강자성 분말에 흡착하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기도료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 강자성분말, 결합제 및 그 결합제의 용제의 관계가 하기의 식(1)을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기도료.

    R1: 7.5중량% 농도의 결합제의 빈용제용액중에 강자성분말을 결합제고형분 준량의 4배량 분산시킨 1차 분산시의 강자성분말 1g당의 결합제의 흡착중량.
    R2: 7.5중량% 농도의 결합제의 양용제용액중에 강자성분말을 결합제고형분 중량분의 4배량 분산시킨 2차 강자성분말 1g당의 결합제의 흡착중량.
