Claims (7)

  1. 하기의 성분을 함유하는 이시 방청용 코팅 조성물 ; (A) 강열 감량이 33중량%이하인 결합제 10 내지 25중량%, (B) 아연 분말 40 내지 70중량%, (C) 500e이상 가열하였을 때 강열 함량이 3중량%이하인 무기 산화물 안료 5 내지 50중량%, (A), (B) 및 (C)성분의 양은 건조된 필름을 기준한 것이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제(A)가 용매형 콜로이드성 실리카(a2) 및 하기식 :
    (R1)mSi(OR2)4-m
    [R1 및 R2는 같거나 다른 탄소원자 1 내지 5의 알킬기, m은 0 또는 1]을 갖는 화합물의 가수분해물(a1)의 혼합물로 SiO2를 기준하여 (a1/a2)중량비가 85/15 내지 30/70인 코팅 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아연 분말의 입자크기가 1 내지 20㎛인 코팅 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아연 분말이 아연 및 다른 금속의 합금인 코팅 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 산화물 안료가 점토, 활성 또는 운모인 코팅 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 산화물 안료가 20㎛이하의 입자 크기를 갖는 코팅 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 건조된 필름이 1시간동안 탄산소화 조건하에서 8%이하의 강열 감량을 갖는 코팅 조성물.
