Claims (16)
- 자성 산화철 기초 분말을 제1철 화합물로 먼저 피복하고 코발트 화합물로 피복함을 특징으로 하는 코발트함유 자성 산화철 분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코발트 화합물을 피복하기 전에 사용되는 제1철 화합물이 수산화물, 함수산화물 또는 그의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1철 화합물 및 코발트 화합물의 피복을 제1철 화합물이 실제로 산화되지 않게 하기 위해 비산화성 대기하에 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1철 화합물 및 코발트 화합물의 피복 반응 온도가 비점 이하인 방qjs.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1철 화합물 및 코발트 화합물의 피복반응온도가 50℃ 이하인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1철 화합물 또는 코발트 화합물의 피복후 용액 중의 OH기농도(중화된 것보다는 유리 OH기의 농도)가 0∼3몰/ℓ인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1철 화합물 또는 코발트 화합물의 피복후 용액 중의 OH기농도(중화된 것보다는 유리 OH기의 농도)가 0.5∼2몰/ℓ인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코발트 화합물 피복 후 슬러리를 비점 이하의 온도에서 비산화성 대기 중에서 에이징(aging)시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코발트 화합물의 피복 및 에이징후 코발트 함유 자성 산화철을 열처리하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 코발트 화합물의 피복 후 슬러리를 여과 및 수세하여 습식 케이크를 수득하고, 이것을 30∼200℃에서 건조시키는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 코발트 화합물의 피복 후 슬러리를 여과 및 수세하여 습식케이크를 수득하고, 이것을 60∼250℃에서 수증기 존재하에 열처리하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 코발트 화합물의 피복 후 슬러리를 여과 및 수세하여 습식케이크를 수득하고, 이것을 60∼200℃에서 수증기 존재하에 열처리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자성산화철 기초분말이 γ-Fe2O3분말, Fe3O4분말, γ-Fe2O3를 부분 환원시킴으로써 수득된 베르톨리드 화합물, 또는 인을 함유한 상기의 분말인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자성산화철이 기초분말이 인 함유 γ-Fe2O3분말, Fe3O4분말, 또는 γ-Fe2O3를 부분환원시킴으로써 수득된 베르톨리드 화합물 분말인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.1∼1중량%의 인을 함유한 γ-Fe2O3분말을 자성 산화철 기초분말로써 사용한 방법.
