Claims (12)
- 인광물질-함유 자기산화철 분말을 수성알카릴 매질 또는 수성 산매질로 대기압하 처리한 다음, 코발트 화합물을 피복하고나 또는 코발트 화합물과 기타 금속 화합물을 상기 분말의 입자표면에 피복 시킴을 특징으로 하는 코발트-함유 자기산화철 분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성 매질에 의한 처리가 10∼95℃의 온도에서 행해짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성 매질에 의한 처리가 20∼80℃의 온도에서 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성 매질에 의한 처리가 25℃에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성 매질에 의한 처리가 30∼70℃의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 수성 알칼리 매질의 알칼리 농도가 0.005∼3몰/ℓ임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 수성 산매질의 산농도가 0.01∼1몰/ℓ임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 자기 산화철 분말을 함유하는 인광물질을 우선 수성산 매질로 처리한 다음 수성알칼리 매질로 처리함을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 자기 산화철 분말을 함유하는 인광물질을 우선 수성알칼리 매질로 처리한 다음 수성 산 매질로 처리함을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 자기 산화철 분말의 입자표면이 코발트 화합물 및 제일철 화합물로 피복됨을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 수증기 존재한 더 가열함을 특징으로하는 방법.
