Claims (5)

  1. (a) 옥시수산화철 미립자와 산화철 미립자로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 철 화합물을 탄소원자를 함유하지 않은 환원제의 임의적으로 접촉시키되, 이 접속에 앞서 철화합물을 철화합물 또는 철화합물과 코발트 화합물로 피복시키고 알루미늄화합물 또는 규소화합물로 피복시키는 단계, 그리고 (b) 상기 (a)의 철화합물을 탄소원자를 함유하는 환원 및 탄소처리제 또는 그것의 탄소원자 비함유 환원제와의 혼합물과 접촉시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 0.1 내지 2㎛의 평균입자(장축) 및 3내지 20의 평균축비를 갖는 탄화철 미립자의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 피복된 철화합물은 약 200내지 700℃에서 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 접촉온도는 약 200 내지 700℃이며 단계(b)에서 접촉온도는 약 250 내지 400℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 각 화합물의 피복량은 옥시수산화철 또는 Fe2O3로서의 산화철의 중량을 기준으로 금속원소로서 0.01 내지 10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제1항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 탄화철 미립자.
