Claims (2)

  1. 산소원자를 약 5 내지 15원자%를 포함하는 CO-Cr계 비정질 합금 자성막을 비자성 기본체상에 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록 매체.
  2. CO-Cr계 합금을 산고가스가 약 1×10-3내지 3×10-3Torr의 조건하에서 중착함으로써 산소원자를 포함하는 CO-Cr계 비정질 자성합금막을 비자성 기본체상에 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록 매체제조법.
