Claims (6)
- 토라세미드 변형체(Ⅱ)의 부유물을 물에서 재배열이 끝날때까지 변형체(I)의 촉매적 양을 첨가하며 교반시켜, 코라세미드 변형체(Ⅱ)(단사적, 스페이스그룹 P2/n, 녹는점 169℃)로 부터 순수 변형체(I)(단사적, 스페이스그룹 P21/C, 녹는점 162℃)의 결정 토라세미드 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 재배열은 실온 내지 90℃에서 수행되며 재배열 시간은 14일 내지 3시간임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 토라세미드 변형체(Ⅱ)는 염이 함유된 형태, 알칼리용액으로 부터 토라세미드 침전에 의해 얻어진 중성에 가까운 용액의 형태로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 결정성 토라세미드 변형체(I)의 제조방법.
- 약학적으로 수용할 수 있는 운반체와 혼합시킨 토라세미드 변형체(I)가 함유된 약제 조성물.
- 순수 변형체(I)(단사적, 스페이스그룹 P21/C, 녹는점 162℃) 및 약학적으로 수용할 수 있는 운반체로 부터 제조된 약제 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
