Claims (16)
- 최종 소결체의 최소한 한 종류의 전구체 및 준안정상 물질인 제1물질 : 및 상기의 제1물질에서 유도되고,상기의 제1물질에 입자수를 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 100%가할 첨가제 역할을 하는 제2물질로 이루어진 세라믹 소결체
- 제1항에 있어서, 최종체를 소결하기 전에 제2물질을 제1물질에 가한 소결체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제2물질을 제1물질의 가열에 의해 얻은 소결체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1물질이 마이베트이고, 제2물질이 α-알루미나인 소결체.
- 제4항에 있어서,α-알루미나를 베마이트에 입자수를 기준으로 하여 대략 3%가한 소결체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1물질이 에너테이스이고, 제2물질이 루틸인 소결체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 루틸을 어너테이스에 입자스에 입자수를 기준해 대략 3%가한 소결체.
- 최종 소결체의 최소한 한 종류의 전구체 및 준안정상 물질인 제1물질을 준비하고:제1물질에서 유도된 제2물질을 입자수를 기준해 0.1 내지 100%정도 가하고:제1물질과 제2물질의 혼합물을 소결하는 단계로 이루어진 세라믹체의 소결방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1물질의 가열에 의해 제2물질을 제조하는 단계가 추가로 포함되는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제1물질이 마이베트이고, 제2물질이 α-알루미나인 소결체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 베마이트를 겔-상태로 제공하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 각 물질들의 pH를 3까지 조정하여 이들의 각각의 콜로이드질 수성 분산액을 제조하는 단계가 추가로 포함되는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, α-알루미나를 입자수를 기준해 대략 3%정도 베마이트에 가하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서 ,제1물질이 에너테이스이고, 제2물질이 루틸인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,루틸을 입자수를 기준해 대략 3%정도 에너테이이스에 가하는 방법.
