Claims (16)

  1. 최종 소결체의 최소한 한 종류의 전구체 및 준안정상 물질인 제1물질 : 및 상기의 제1물질에서 유도되고,상기의 제1물질에 입자수를 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 100%가할 첨가제 역할을 하는 제2물질로 이루어진 세라믹 소결체
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 최종체를 소결하기 전에 제2물질을 제1물질에 가한 소결체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제2물질을 제1물질의 가열에 의해 얻은 소결체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제1물질이 마이베트이고, 제2물질이 α-알루미나인 소결체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,α-알루미나를 베마이트에 입자수를 기준으로 하여 대략 3%가한 소결체.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 제1물질이 에너테이스이고, 제2물질이 루틸인 소결체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 루틸을 어너테이스에 입자스에 입자수를 기준해 대략 3%가한 소결체.
  8. 최종 소결체의 최소한 한 종류의 전구체 및 준안정상 물질인 제1물질을 준비하고:제1물질에서 유도된 제2물질을 입자수를 기준해 0.1 내지 100%정도 가하고:제1물질과 제2물질의 혼합물을 소결하는 단계로 이루어진 세라믹체의 소결방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제1물질의 가열에 의해 제2물질을 제조하는 단계가 추가로 포함되는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 제1물질이 마이베트이고, 제2물질이 α-알루미나인 소결체.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 베마이트를 겔-상태로 제공하는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 각 물질들의 pH를 3까지 조정하여 이들의 각각의 콜로이드질 수성 분산액을 제조하는 단계가 추가로 포함되는 방법.
  13. 제13항에 있어서, α-알루미나를 입자수를 기준해 대략 3%정도 베마이트에 가하는 방법.
  14. 제9항에 있어서 ,제1물질이 에너테이스이고, 제2물질이 루틸인 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서,루틸을 입자수를 기준해 대략 3%정도 에너테이이스에 가하는 방법.
  16. 각 물질들의 pH를 3까지 조정하여 이들 각 물질들의 콜로이드질 수성 분산액을 제조하는 단계가 추가로 포함된 방법.
