Claims (1)

  1. x(CdABiBBC)O3-yPbZrO3-ZPbTiO3(단, y는 0.46y0.54의 범위의 값, y+z=1의 값이며, x는 0<x2.55 범위값을 갖고 동시에 A+B+C는 1-1.56의 범위값을 가짐)를 기본 성분으로 하는 삼성분계에 상기 기본성분을 기준으로 MnO2를 0.20 이상-0.60WT% 이하 첨가하거나, 또는 MnO2를 0.20 이상-0.60wt% 이하 첨가하고 Y2O3를 0.30 이상-0.60wt% 이하 첨가하여 통상의 방법으로 혼합, 하소, 분쇄한 후 성형하여 900-960℃에서 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온소결 압전요업재료의 제조방법.
