제 1도는 본 발명 제조방법의 제조공정의 일예를 나타내는 플로우차트이다.

Claims (1)

  1. SiC 분말과 소결조제로 되어 있는 성형체를 소성후, 열간정수압 프레스법에 의하여 고밀도 SiC 소결체를 얻는 방법에 있어서, 3C, 2H 폴리형 중에서 최소한 1종류로 되어 있는 SiC 분말 95.0-99.9중량% 및 6H, 4H, 15R 폴리형 중에서 최소한 1종류로 되어 있고, 평균 입경이 3C, 2H 폴리형의 것보다 2배 미만인 SiC 분말 5.0-0.1중량%와의 SiC 혼합분말 99.0-99.8중량%, 붕소 또는 붕소를 함유하는 화합물을 붕소로 환산하여 0.1-5.0중량%, 탄소 또는 탄소를 생성하는 유기 화합물을 탄소로 환산하여 0.1-5.0중량%로 되어 있는 조합분말을 혼합형성하고, 다음에 진공중 또는 불활성 분위기중 1,900-2,300℃의 온도하에서 소성한 후, 불활성 분위기중 1,800-2,200℃의 온도, 100기압 이상의 압력하에서 열간정수압 프레스하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 SiC 소결체의 제조방법.
