Claims (8)
- 첨가제로서 희토류 원소의 산화물 10중량%이하 및 질화알루미늄 10중량%이하를 포함하며, 나머지부분이 α상질화 규소가 95중량%이상이고, 탄소 함유량이 0.1%중량%이하 그리고 산소함유량 1.5중량%이하로된 실리콘 디이미드 열 분해법에 의해서 제조되는 질화규소로된 세라믹 혼합물을 소성하여서된 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소 세라믹 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제로서 산화알루미늄 10중량%이하를 포함하는 세라믹 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소 세라믹 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 첨가제의 합계가 10중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소 세라믹 소결체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전술한 질화규소중의 철, 알루미늄, 칼슘 및 마그네슘의 총량이 0.05중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소 세라믹 소결체.
- 첨가제로서 희토류의 산화물 10중량%이하 및 질화알루미늄 10중량%이하를 포함하며, 나머지 부분이 α상질화 규소가 95중량%이상이고, 탄소함유량이 0.1중량%이하 그리고 산소함유량이 1.5중량%이하로 된 실리콘 디이미드 열분해법에 의해서 제조되는 질화규소로된 세라믹 화합물을 성형하고 비산화성 분위기속에서 1650-1850℃로 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소 세라믹 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 첨가제로서 또다시 산화알루미늄 10중량%이하를 포함하는 세라믹 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전술한 첨가제의 합계가 10중량%이하인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 전술한 질화규소중의 철, 알루미늄, 칼슘 및 마그네슘의 총량이 0.05중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
