Claims (2)
- 질화규소와 소결조제를 포함하는 질화규소 세라믹스 소결체에 있어서 산화 사마륨, 산화세륨, 산화란타늄, 산화 네오디뮴, 산화 프라세오 디뮴의 군에서 선택한 최소한 하나의 10중량% 이하(단 0은 포함하지 않음)와, 산화 알루미늄 10중량% 이하(단 0은 포함하지 않음)와, 질화 알루미늄 10중량% 이하(단 0은 포함하지 않음)와, 산화 지르코늄, 산화 마그네슘, 산화 티타늄의 군에서 선택한 최소한 하나의 5중량% 이하(단 0은 포함하지 않음)와 나머지는 질화규소로 된 세라믹스 혼합물을 소성해서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소 세라믹스 소결체.
- 질화규소와 소결조제를 포함하는 질화규소 세라믹스 소결체의 제조 방법에 있어서, 산화 사마륨, 산화 세륨, 산화 란타늄, 산화 네오디뮴, 산화 프라세오 디뮴의 군에서 선택한 최소한 하나의 10중량% 이하(단 0은 포함하지 않음)와, 산화 알루미늄 10중량% 이하(단 0은 포함하지 않음)와 질화 알루미늄 10중량% 이하(단 0은 포함)와, 산화 지르코늄, 산화 마그네슘, 산화 티타늄의 군에서 선택한 최소한 하나의 5중량% 이하(단 0은포함하지 않음)와, 나머지는 질화규소로 된 세라믹스 혼합물의 성형체를 비산화성 분위기속에서 1650-1850에서 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화 규소 세라믹스 소결체의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
