Claims (8)

  1. 활성물질로서 메스나(mesna), 임의로는 통상적인 향미제, 감미료 및 방향제를 포함할 뿐마 아니라; 각각의 경우에 메스나 1중량부에 대하여, 결합체 0.01 내지 1중량부, 붕해제 0.03 내지 04중량부, 윤활제 0.01 내지 0.2 중량부 및 충전제 0.1 내지 1중량부도 포함하며, 또한 비등성(effervescent)정제의 경우에는 생리학적으로 허용가능한 통상의 비등성 혼합물 0.05내지 30중량부를 추가로 포함하는 정제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 경우 메스나 1중량부에 대하여, 메스나 10내지 80중량%및 제1항에서 언급한 통상의 향미제, 감미료 및 방향제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 정제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 정제를 통상적인 필름으로 피복시킴을 특징으로 하는 정제.
  4. 우선, 메스나를 C1-4알콜, C1-4아세톤, 또는 이들 유기성분과 물과의 혼합물, 및 충전제와 결합제, 및 임의로는 붕해제를 사용하고, 또는 임의로는 비등성 정제의 경우에는 비등성 혼합물중의 CO2공급제를 사용하여 공지된 방법으로 입제화시키고; 전술한 보조제를 메스나 1중량부에 대한 양으로 사용하거나, 이들 양중 단지 일부만을 사용하고 나머지 양은 입체화시킨 후에 사용한 다음;수득한 입제를 건조시키고; 연속하여, 윤활제를 첨가하고; 비둥성 정제의 경우에는 비등성 혼합물의 유기산 또는 전체 비등성 혼합물, 및 임의로는 나머지 양의 결합제와 충전제 및 붕해제를 첨가할 뿐만 아니라, 임의로는 통상의 방향제, 감미료 및 방향제도 첨가하고; 전체 혼합물을 균질화시킨 다음; 정제가 되도록 압축시키고; 이렇게 하여 수득된 정제를 임의로는 통상적인 방법으로 필름-피복시키는 단계들을 포함함을 특징으로 하여 활성성분으로서 메스나, 및 임의로는 통상의 향미제 감미료 및 방향제를 포함할 뿐만 아니라;각각의 경우에 메스나 1중량부에 대하여, 결합제 0.01 내지 1중량부, 붕해제 0.03내지 0.4중량부, 윤활제 0.01내지 02중량부 및 충전제0.1 내지 1중량부도 포함하며, 비등성 정제의 경우에는 생리학적으로 허용가능한 통상의 비등성 혼합물 0.05내지 30중량부를 추가로 포함하는 안정한 정제를 제조하는 방법.
  5. 활성분으로서 메스나 및 임의로는 통상의 향미제, 감미료 및 방향제를 포함할 뿐만 아니라; 각각의 경우에 메스나 1중량부에 대하여, 결합제 0.01내지 0.2중량부 및 충전제 0.1내지 1중량부도 포함하는 입제.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 입제를 통상적인 필름으로 피복시킴을 특징으로 하는 입제.
  7. 메스나 1중량부를 C1-4알콜, C1-4아세톤, 또는 이들 유기 성분과 물과의 혼합물 및 결합제 0.01내지 1중량부, 및 임의로는 충전제 0.1내지 1중량부, 및/또는 윤활제 0.01 내지 0.2중량부를 사용하여 입제화시키고; 수득한 입제를 건조시키며; 건조시킨 입제를 임의로는 필름-피복시키고; 임의로는 통상의 향미제, 감미료 및 방향제를 첨가하고; 전체 혼합물을 균질화시키고; 이렇게 하여 수득한 생성물을 임의로는 공지된 방법으로 필름-피복 시키는 단계들을 포함함을 특징으로 하여 활성성분으로서 메스나 및 임의로는 통상의 향미제, 감미료 및 방향제를 포함할 뿐만 아니라; 각각의 경우에 메스나 1중량부에 대하여, 결합제 0.01내지 1중량부, 및 임의로는 윤활제 0.01내지 0.2 중량부 및 중전제 0.1내지 1중량부도 포함하는 메스나 입제를 제조하는 방법.
