본 발명은 Ructaceae로부터 추출된 플라보노이드, 구체적으로는 디오스민의 신규한 구강투여용 제약조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. Ructaceae로부터 추출된 플라보노이드, 구체적으로는 디오스민의 구강투여용 제약조성물로서, 상기 조성물이 미소화된 도스민을 함유한 알약이나 소낭의 형태로 제공된 발포성 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 구강투여용 제약조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미소화된 형태의 도스민의 입자크기가 0.1 내지 10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 구강투여용 제약조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 과립이 카르복실산과 1종 이상의 탄산염을 사용하여 발포성을 가지도록 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 구강투여용 제약조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포성 과립에 향미제, 감미제 및 제약학적으로 허용되는 보조제가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 구강투여용 제약조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물에 미소화 도스민이 0.1 내지 5g 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구강투여용 제약조성물.
  6. 제1항에 따른 구강투여용 제약조성물의 제조방법으로서, 디오스민의 내부 수분을 이용하여 과립화를 시작하는 단일-상 과립화 방법을 수행하는 구강투여용 제약조성물의 제조방법.
