(57)【要約】 【目的】 片頭痛の処置に有用な内服液用粉末剤を提供
する。 【構成】 該粉末剤は、メトクロプラミドおよびパラセ
タモールまたはアセチルサリチル酸誘導体を適当な賦形
剤と組み合わせて含有する。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】本発明は、メトクロプラミドおよびp−ア
セトアミドフェノール(パラセタモール)またはアセチル
サリチル酸誘導体を含有し、内服液用粉末剤の形である
医薬組成物に関する。
【０００２】メトクロプラミドおよびパラセタモールを
含有する発泡性粉末剤の形である組成物、並びにメトク
ロプラミドおよびパラセタモールまたはアセチルサリチ
ル酸といったような鎮痛剤を含有する錠剤の形である組
成物は、片頭痛の処置に有用であり、各々、欧州特許第
０,０１１,４８９号および同第０,０１１,４９０号に記
載されている。
【０００３】本発明の組成物は、メトクロプラミドまた
はその塩の１つ、特に一塩酸塩一水和物、およびパラセ
タモール、もしくはエステルであるp−アセトアミドフ
ェニルアセチルサリチレート(パラセタモールアセチル
サリチレート)、またはアルギニンアセチルサリチレー
トから選択される塩、およびアセチルサリチル酸ナトリ
ウムと炭酸水素ナトリウム、アセチルサリチル酸カリウ
ムと炭酸水素カリウム、アセチルサリチル酸カルシウム
と尿素、アセチルサリチル酸マグネシウムと尿素または
アセチルサリチル酸、Ｌ−リジン一塩酸塩と炭酸カルシ
ウムから成る複合体のいずれかであるアセチルサリチル
酸誘導体を含む。
【０００４】これらの組成物は、希釈剤(例えば、ラク
トース、ソルビトール、炭酸カルシウム)、pＨ調節を可
能にする緩衝剤物質(例えば、無機シトレート、無機カ
ルボネートおよびビカルボネートまたはアミノ酸)、甘
味料、および天然または合成香料といったような、粉末
製剤で一般に使用する他の成分を含有し得る。
【０００５】これらの組成物は、片頭痛の処置に有用で
ある。
【０００６】本発明の粉末剤は、実質的には既知の方法
で種々の成分を連続して混合することにより得られる。
次いで、本発明の粉末剤は、一回量のサシェの形にする
ことができる。
【０００７】本発明の粉末剤は、一回量のサシェごと
に、５〜２０mg当量のメトクロプラミド一塩酸塩および
２５０〜１,０００mgのパラセタモールまたは２５０〜
１,０００mg当量のアセチルサリチル酸を含有し得る。
【０００８】本発明の粉末剤は、一回量のサシェごと
に、１０mg当量のメトクロプラミド一塩酸塩および４５
０mgのパラセタモールまたは９００mg当量のアセチルサ
リチル酸を含有するのが好ましい。
【０００９】本発明を以下の製剤で説明する。
【００１０】実 施 例 １ アセチルサリチル酸ナトリウム、 炭酸水素ナトリウムの複合体 １,４４０.００mg メトクロプラミド一塩酸塩一水和物 １０.５４mg 香料 ＋ 甘味料 ４９.４６mg 一 回 量 の サ シ ェ １,５００.００mg
【００１１】実 施 例 ２ アセチルサリチル酸カリウム、 炭酸水素カリウムの複合体 １,５９５.００mg メトクロプラミド一塩酸塩一水和物 １０.５４mg 香料 ＋ 甘味料 ４４.４６mg 一 回 量 の サ シ ェ １,６５０.００mg

Claims (5)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 内服液用粉末剤であって、メトクロプラ
    ミドまたはその塩の１つ、およびパラセタモール、もし
    くはパラセタモールアセチルサリチレート、アルギニン
    アセチルサリチレート並びにアセチルサリチル酸ナトリ
    ウム／炭酸水素ナトリウム、アセチルサリチル酸カリウ
    ム／炭酸水素カリウム、アセチルサリチル酸カルシウム
    ／尿素、アセチルサリチル酸マグネシウム／尿素および
    アセチルサリチル酸／Ｌ−リジン一塩酸塩／炭酸カルシ
    ウムから成る複合体塩より選択されるアセチルサリチル
    酸誘導体を適当な賦形剤と組み合わせて含有することを
    特徴とする粉末剤。
  2. 【請求項２】 メトクロプラミドが一塩酸塩一水和物の
    形であることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の粉末剤。
  3. 【請求項３】 一回量のサシェの形であることを特徴と
    する、請求項１または２のいずれかに記載の粉末剤。
  4. 【請求項４】 一回量のサシェごとに、５〜２０mg当量
    のメトクロプラミド一塩酸塩および２５０〜１,０００m
    gのパラセタモールまたは２５０〜１,０００mg当量のア
    セチルサリチル酸を含有することを特徴とする、請求項
    ３に記載の粉末剤。
  5. 【請求項５】 請求項４に記載の内服液用粉末剤であっ
    て、一回量のサシェごとに、１０mg当量のメトクロプラ
    ミド一塩酸塩および４５０mgのパラセタモールまたは９
    ００mg当量のアセチルサリチル酸を含有することを特徴
    とする粉末剤。
