Claims (7)

  1. 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트기를 가진 폴리이소시아네이트와 2개 이상의 티올기를 가진 폴리티올을 유리 또는 금속제의 렌즈모형 속에서 주형중합할때에, 미리 폴리이소시아네이트와 폴리티올의 혼합물에 계면활성제를 첨가해 두는 것을 특징으로 하는 함 황우레탄수지제 렌즈의 주형중합방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제로서 불소계 비이온 계면 활성제, 실리콘계비이온 계면 활성제, 알킬제 4급 암모늄염 및 산성인산 에스테르중 단독 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물을 첨가 해두는 것을 특징으로 하는 함 황우레탄 수지제 렌즈의 주형중합방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트로서 크실리렌 디이소시아네이트, 비스(α,α-디메틸이소시아네이트메틸)벤젠, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 이소포론 이디소시아네이트를 사용하고, 폴리티올로서 펜타에리 트리톨 테트라키스(3-메르캅토 프로피오네이트), 디펜타에리트롤 헥사키스(3-메르캅토 프로피오네이트) 크실리렌디티올, 1,3,5-트리스(3-메르캅토프로필)이소시아누레이트 혹은 이들의 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 함 황 우레탄 수지제 렌즈의 주형중합방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 불소계 비이온 계면 활성제가 유니다인 DS-401(일본국, 다이낀공업주식회사제), 유니다인 DS-403(일본국, 다이낀공업주식회사제), 에프톺 EF301(일본국, 신아끼다가세이주식회사제) 에프톺 EF126(일본국, 신아끼다가세이주식회사제), 혹은 이들의 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 함 황 우레탄수지제 렌즈의 주형 중합방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 실리콘계 비이온 계면 활성제가 Q2-120A(미국, 다우사의 시작품)인 것을 특징으로 하는 함 황 우레탄수지제 렌즈의 주형 중합방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 알킬제 4급 암모늄염이 트리메틸세틸 암모늄염, 트리메틸 스테아릴 암모늄염, 디메틸에틸세틸 암모늄염, 트리에틸 도데실 암모늄염, 트리옥틸에틸 암모늄염, 디에틸시클로헥사도데실 암모늄염인 것을 특징으로 하는 함 황 우레탄수지제 렌즈의 주형중합방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 산성인산에스테르 이 이소프로필산포스페이트, 디이소프로필산 포스페이트, 브틸산 포스페이트, 디브틸산 포스페이트, 옥틸산 포스페이트, 디오틸산 포스페이트, 이소데실산 포스페이트, 디이소데실산 포스페이트., 트리데칸올산 포스페이트, 비스(트리데칸올산) 포스페이트 흑은 이들의 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 함 황 우레탄수지제 렌즈의 주형중합방법.
