Claims (7)

  1. (1)플라스틱 렌즈기재 표면상에 블록형 폴리이소시아네이트와 폴리올을 주성분으로 하여 이루어진 프라이머용 도료 조성물을 도포하고 그 프라이머 도료 조성물을 가열하여 열 경화 폴리우레탄의 프라이머층을 형성시키고, 이때, 블록형 폴리이소시아네이트로서 β-디케톤에 의해서 블록된 폴리이소시아네이트가 사용되고, (2)이 프라이머층의 위에 경질 피복층을 형성시킨 다음, (3)이 경질 피복층의 위에 무기물질(들)을 증착시켜서 단층 내지 다층의 반사 방지막을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 렌즈의 제조법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 블록형 폴리이소시아네이트는, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트의 환상 삼량체를 β-디케톤에 의해서 블록한 것인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올은 폴리에스테르 폴리올 및/ 또는 아크릴폴리올인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올 및/ 또는 상기 블록형 폴리이소시아네이트가 방향족 고리를 함유하는 것인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 렌즈가 기재가 유리 전이 온도 110℃이하의 렌즈기재인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 렌즈가 기재는 N-치환 페닐말레이미드 유도체를 함유하는 단량체 혼합물을 라디칼 중합시켜서 얻어진 중합체로 이루어진 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경질 피복층은 실리콘계 수지로 이루어진 방법.
