Claims (28)
- (i) 카보네이트의 성분;(ii)이소시아네이트 기; 및 (iii)옥시란기가 필수적으로 없는 인산화된 폴리에폭사이드 원을 제공하기 위해 채택된 물질 또는 물질들의 혼합물로 구성된 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 일부분의 이소시아네이트기가 차단된 피복 조성물,
- 제1항에 있어서, 카보네이트 성분의 원이 폴리카보네이트 폴리올인 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카보네이트 성분 및 이소시아네이트기의 원이 적어도 일부분의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트 성분과 적어도 일부분의 폴리카보네이트 폴리올 성분을 반응시킴으로 형성된 이소시아네이트 말단 폴리우레탄인 피복 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 이오시아네이트 말단 폴리우 레탄의 이소시아네이트기가 차단된 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카보네이트 성분 및 옥시란기가 필수적으로 없는 인산화된 폴리에폭사이드의 원이 단일 물질인 피복 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트기의 원이 단일 원물질의 적어도 일부분의 히드록실기와 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 형성된 이소시아네이트 말단 폴리우레탄인 피복 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트기가 차단된 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카보네이트 성분, 이소시아네이트기 , 및 옥시란기가 필수적으로 없는 인산화된 폴리에폭사이드의 원이;(A)유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 적어도 일부분의 폴리카보네이트 폴리올 성분을 반응시켜 형성된 이소시아네이트 말단 폴리우레탄;과 (B)적어도 일부분의 옥시란기가 필수적으로 없는 인산화된 폴리에폭사이드와 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 형성된 두번째 이소시아네이트 말단 폴리우레탄의 혼합물인 피복 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 활성 수소 함유 물질을 더 포함하는 피복 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트 폴리올이 약 150-10,000범위내의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트 성분의 원이 중합체 폴리카보네이트 디올과 적어도 하나 다른 단량체 디올의 혼합물인 피복 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트 폴리올이 1,6-헥산 디올 및 디에틸 카보네이트로부터 제조된 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 기의 원이 디이소시아네이트인 피복 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트가 이소포론 디이소시아네이트인 피복 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트기가 입실론-카프로락탐으로 차단된 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (iii)의 원이 약 200-100,000범위내에서 수평균 분자량을 갖는, 옥시란기가 필수적으로 없는 인산화된 폴리에폭사이드인 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화시 적어도 50%가 신장되는 피복 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서,경화시 적어도 200%-300%범위로 신장되는 피복 조성물.
- a)(i)카보네이트 성분;(ii)이소시아네이트기 및 (iii)옥시란기가 필수적으로 없는 인산화된 폴리에폭사이드의 원을 제공하기 위해 채택된 물질 또는 물질들의 혼합물로 구성된 유연한 프라이머 피복 조성물을 기질에 적용하고;(b)적어도 하나의 착색된 피복 조성물(a)의 피복된 기질에 적용하고; c)단계(b)의 피복된 기질을 적어도 부분적으로 경화시키는 것으로 구성되는, 경화시 적어도 50%가 신장되는 다층피복을 갖는 기질을 제공하는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 피복된 기질을 적어도 부분적으로 경화시키기전에, 단계(b)의 피복된 기질에 투명한 피복 조성물을 적용하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 단계(b)의 착색된 피복 조성물이 플루오로카본 중합체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 착색된 피복 조성물이 플루오로카본 중합체의 성질을 개조하기 위해 채택된 플루오로카본 중합체와는 다른 보조중합체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 보조 중합체가 아크릴 중합체인 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 투명한 피복 조성물이 플루오로카본 중합체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 투명한 피복 조성물이 플루오로카본 중합체의 성질을 개조하기 위해 채택된 플루오로카본 중합체와는 다른 보조중합체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 보조 중합체가 아크릴 중합체인 방법.
