Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which can give a pinhole-free coating film even when applied to a porous material and excels in curability, workability, etc., by mixing a specified polyol resin with a polyisocyanate compound. CONSTITUTION:An OH group-containing vinyl monomer is copolymerized with an acrylic monomer to obtain an acrylic resin polyol (a) having at least two OH groups in the molecule, a weight-average MW of 5,000-40,000 and a glass transition temperature of -20-100 deg.C. A polyol resin (A) comprising component (a) and, optionally, at most 50wt.% polyester polyol having physical property values the same as those of component (a), a polyisocyanate (B) comprising xylylene diisocyanate and/or hexamethylene diisocyanate and having 0.6-1.2mol. or NCO groups per mol. of the OH groups of component A and, optionally, a catalyst (C) are stored in the form of a two-pack composition, and these packs are mixed together just before use (application).
