본 발명은 , a) aa) 수평균 분자량이 400 내지 5000인, 폴리에스테르- 및(또는) 폴리에테르-폴리올, 또는 이 폴리에스테르- 및 (또는) 폴리에테르-폴리올의 혼합물, bb) 폴리이소시아네이트 또는 폴리이소시아네이트의 혼합물, cc) 분자 내에 이소시아네이트기에 반응성이 있는 이상의 기 및 음이온을 형성할 수 있는 하나 이상의 기를 갖는 화합물, 또는 이 화합물의 혼합물, 및 선택적으로 dd) 분자량이 40 내지 400인, 히드록실-및(또는) 아미노-포함 유기 화합물, 또는 이 화합물의 혼합물과 서로 반응시키고, 생성된 반응 생성물을 최소한 부분적으로 중화하여 제조될 수 있는, 산가가 10 내지 60이고, 수평균 분자량이 4000 내지 25,000

Claims (15)

  1. a) aa) 수평균 분자량이 400 내지 5000인, 폴리에스테르-및(또는) 폴리에테르-폴리올, 또는 이 폴리에스테르-및(또는) 폴리에테르-폴리올의 혼합물, bb) 폴리이소시아네이트 또는 폴리이소시아네이트의 혼합물, cc) 분자 내에 이소시아네이트기에 반응성이 있는 하나 이상의 기 및 음이온을 형성할 수 있는 하나 이상의 기를 갖는 화합물, 또는 이 화합물의 혼합물, 및 선택적으로 dd) 분자량이 40 내지 400인, 히드록실-및(또는) 아미노-포함 유기 화합물, 또는 이 화합물의 혼합물과 서로 반응시키고, 생성된 반응 생성물을 최소한 부분적으로 중화하여 제조될 수 있는, 산가가 10 내지 60이고, 수평균 분자량이 4000 내지 25,000, 바람직하게는 8000 내지 25,000인, 물로 희석가능한 폴리우레탄 수지를 결합제로서 포함하며, b) 결합제 대 안료의 비율이 0.5 : 1 내지 1.5: 1로 안료 및(또는) 충전제를 포함하는, 다층막 도료 시스템에 사용되기 위한 피복 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 결합제 대 안료의 비가 0.6 : 1 내지 1.2:1인 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안료 및(또는) 충전제가 탈크를 포함하는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 탈크의 비율이 안료 및 충전제의 전체 양을 기준으로 20 내지 80중량%인 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 탈크의 비율이 30 내지 70중량%인 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아미노 수지를 포함하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 아미노 수지를 10중량% 이하로 포함하는 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 아미노 수지를 5중량% 이하로 포함하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 가교결합제를 포함하는 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 가교결합제를 30중량% 이하로 포함하는 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 가교결합제를 10중량% 이하로 포함하는 조성물.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교 결합제의 반응성이 130℃이하에 존재하는 조성물.
  13. 1) 기판을 전착 피복 재료로 피복시키고, 2)단계 (1)에서 도포된 전착 피막을 선택적으로 예비건조시켜 베이킹시키고, 3)베이킹된 전착 피막을 첫 번째 수성 피복 재료로 피복시키로, 4)단계 (3)에서 도포된 층을 선택적으로 예비건조시키고, 베이킹 단계 없이 두 번째 수성 피복 재료로 그 위에 피복시키고, 5) 단계 4에서 도포된 피막을 선택적으로 투명 피복 재료로 그 위에 피복시키고, 6) 전체 도료 시스템을 베이킹시키며, 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항의 피복 조성물을 단계 (3)에서 사용하는 것을 포함하는, 다층막 도료 시스템의 제조 방법
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 피복 조성물을 35μm미만, 바람직하게는 15μm미만의 층 두께로 도포시키는 방법.
  15. 수성 다층막 도료 시스템에서 스튼-칩 보호 피막으로서 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항의 피복 조성물의 용도.
