Claims (10)

  1. 수지에 실리카, 소수성 실리카, 탈크 및 탄산칼슘과 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 1종 이상의 첨가제를 가하고 그후 수지의 웅점바로 이하의 온도 내지 상기물질의 융점보다 80℃정도 낮춘 온도 범위에서 수지를 경화시키는 단계로 이루어진 분말상 폴리아릴렌 설피드 수지의 부분적인 경화방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제를 실리카 및 소수성 실리카 중에서 선택하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수지가 폴리페닐렌 설피드인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 첨가제를 수지 100중량부당 0.05 내지 5.0 중량부의 비율로 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 경화온도가 융점바로 이하의 온도에서 그 융점보다 10내지 70℃정도 낮춘 온도 범위인 방법
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 경화를 수분 내지 수십시간 동안 수행하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 경화시간이 30분 내지 10시간인 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 따른 방법으로 제조한 부분적으로 경화된 폴리아릴렌 설피드 수지.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 하나 또는 그 이상의 다른 폴리머가 혼합된 부분적으로 경화된 수지.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 하나 또는 그 이상의 통상의 첨가제가 함유된 부분적으로 경화된 수지.
